I usually order delivery from this restaurant, but I finally got a chance to visit it in person. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not only that, the food was nicely prepared and I enjoyed the dining area. I’ve had the chicken tenders and burgers, however this was the first time that I had the two piece dinner. Where else can you get a real meal with two sides and a biscuit for less than $7. Good food, good prices, and great service!

The breakfast platter was ok the grits were soupy and they were out of spoons ! However the biscuits and gravy plus bacon were good. Need to improve on making the grits just a suggestion. The place was almost empty a few people were here along with me and my husband.

Im honestly done with this location. Originally I ordered two breakfast burritos, one bacon and one sausage. They gave me two sausage. No problem, I call the business they issue me a credit and apologize. I send my husband to redeem the credit. They give him the burrito and he brings it to me. As im eating the burritos I feel this long hair like texture in my mouth. I immediately spit the food out to find this long white piece of hair. Jack’s needs to step it up.

When my brother and I walked in, the place was packed. It seemed the workers were moving at a smalls pace. However, they moved us through the line fairly fast. The staff was pleasant but did not go out of their to speak to us.
The food was a I suspected. Fast food! Nothing to rave about but not awful. They did make one mistake in my order which was giving me a cookies and cream milkshake instead of the peanut butter one I requested. It was still very good. That is the one thing I really like about the place are their shakes.

When they opened service was fast and food was great.
They have gone downhill super fast.
First off they have 2 drive in lanes, but only one person working them.
The person working the drive through is also making food and there is 4-10 minutes between taking each person’s order. I’ve waited 20 minutes to just have my order taken with only one person in front of me.
Them another 15 minutes for my food.
The food is 100% not worth that wait. I’ll go to any place besides jacks moving forward.
Last 3 times I have went I’ve waited in line with no one taking orders, it’s crazy.
Not to mention the food mixup.
This place won’t last much longer.

Slaw and green beans had little flavor and were only OK at best. The fried chicken was decent. The wing and the thigh were tasty. The breast was not very f OK avorful and was overcooked and dry. The biscuit was pretty good. Not the best I have had, but good.
Personnel were friendly and helpful. Food was delivered relatively quickly and hot.

When they first opened they were fast and service was good. The service has fallen, they have been parking 4 to 5 cars at a time. Some workers are a little rude. Hopefully it gets better.

Stopped by drive through on a week night and was excited to see the dinner plate offerings. It was dark in the car while I ate my burger so I can’t say much about presentation but it tasted good and was warm. I’d like to thin it was made fresh.
