I ordered the bacon sonic burger. About halfway through, I took a bite and there was hair! Looking at the burger there it wasnt just a hair, it was a glob of hair!! It had to have been dropped on the floor with the amount of hair in there. I looked at the tots I ordered and there was hair in there as well. How does that even happen?! Disgusting!!

Employee kept my change for herself without even asking if I wanted to keep my change she just pocketed it I called to speak to the manager he got an attitude on the phone over the situation when I was speaking to him right and just bringing it to his attention his employee is not giving customers all their money back.

Ordered on the mobile app yesterday at 7:26 pm while picking up food down the street. Arrived at Sonic and I am not sure what time we got our food. We drove to the next town over where we live, dropped off the food to our girls. My husband and I went out and my daughter texted me at 8:54 that my 4 year old daughter’s hotdog was grey. My 4 year old eats slow and she doesn’t know that a hotdog shouldn’t be grey. I called Sonic at 8:59 pm and the nice young man took my info and said he’d let his GM know. I stopped by tonight to get the hotdogs replaced and he said his GM said because it took me 2 hours to call there was nothing that could be done. This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We do not live in Hondo and can be home within a few minutes. My 4 year old didn’t know to say something about her hotdog. We ordered another hotdog and my daughter said it was grey too. It didn’t even take me 2 hours to call and let them know about the hotdogs. We will not ever go back to this Sonic. We’ll drive to Castroville or Uvalde before going back.
