Update: I am not coming back here, I tried one last time only cause I ordered drinks for all my co workers and the pumpkin drinks had no pumpkin…and my strawberry lemonade is seperated?! It won’t blend together no matter what I do very sad days
I go to this location often as it is right by my work but I am honestly disappointed. Everytime I get my same Strawberry Acai Lemonade in venti or trenta and everytime there is little to no flavor. I still go to see if it is better the next time but it’s not, I will say the food is always good, but I do only go for convenience as its closer to my job although the one closer to my house makes them much better with lots of flavor. Today I got a Trenta strawberry acai lemonade and was given a tall when my order arrived I get that it gets busy but the price difference is way different so itls the size by 28oz. I just may have to take the extra 5 minutes to go to the other one from now on I give 2 stars because at least the food is good.

After 20 minutes I received cold oatmeal made with thin milk and no heavy cream or brown sugar as requested. Nearer to 30 minutes I asked a barista if they’d received my mobile order suspecting a technical glitch. Only to receive hot fire and venom “I don’t know I just got here and we’re busy. Maybe it is? Maybe it isn’t! Guess you’ll have to wait and see.” There were several agitated customers and the staff chose to remain ignorant rather than offer any sort of consolation. Really it’s as simple as calling out the upcoming orders so people who are in a crunch for time know what to expect. Many patrons, such as myself would gladly leave upon learning their wait is 20 minutes or longer. My time is import to me. I left and had my order at a different location within 7 minutes. Keep the $11 and pay for some customer service lessons. The best part is the manager admitting to making my order wrong because “they’re slammed” I paid for extra toppings but you’re so pompous to think you get to choose when to properly fulfill someone order based on time constraints?

Just went through on my lunch break and ordered a coffee with lite ice. I guess that means EXTRA ice and barely any coffee? This isn’t the first time as well. So there’s little coffee in it.. for how much I paid, its very frustrating. This is a splurge for me to come and sucks when I barely get any coffee. I feel they need to be trained better at this location. The entire cup to the top had ice.. when I said lite ice. Last time I went here, they forgot to add my Brown sugar part of my Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso and it tasted like plain coffee. I dont think I’ll be back to this location. Id rather drive further out for someone who will make my coffee correctly.

I came in on 12/27 and the experience was amazing! I was greeted by the baristas and Cody helped me figure out what I wanted and it was amazing! He took his time and made sure I was getting what I was asking for. Beautiful location, highly recommend!

Not good customer service when you ask for a drink to be remade. It was worse the 2nd time and they were very dismissive and looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Wasted $8 on a cup of milk when it was suppose to have 2 espresso shots.

They do not take care of customers, they only care about themselves instead of making things right. The location off of 21st in Caldwell is just a joke they don’t know what they are doing and make people feel like they don’t matter.
