I come here at minimum once per week. Everything is always extremely fresh. I love all of the variety. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Chatting with the owner is always a pleasure. Definitely one of my favorite lunch or dinner places. Love love love.

First time dining at Pokeworks in Brookfield, WI. As we walked in, we noticed how well this location is taken care of and how incredibly clean it was. We were coincidentally helped by the owner who was friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. She provided recommendations and sauce combinations to the make your own poke bowl, which were totally spot on. The proteins were fresh tasting. There are several topping and sauce add ons. The food portions were appropriate for the price. Added touches: Grab and go musubi. Various milk tea and fruit drinks (ube was fantastic). Overall, this place hit the spot and is totally worth stopping in for. Employees are super friendly and the vibe is great. Must return soon!

We didn’t have to wait long to be helped by the friendly girls at the front! The whole concept is super cool — kind of like a bar for food, but you’re building your own poke bowl. Everything was super fresh, and the ingredients made me feel like I was back in Hawaii.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves fresh, flavorful food and wants to try something fun and different!

The salmon and tuna is fresh. The flavors are delicious. The ingredients are fresh. The portion sizes for the price is very reasonable. You can build your own but also have fun 1st time try it options.

Drinks are water and fun smoothies and milk teas. Very trendy.

The environment is quiet and casual. Lots of tables and outdoor seating available in the summer. Connected to a mall and other shopping areas for a nice drop by lunch/dinner option that isn’t fast food. If busy, could be noisy, but overall been not noisy.

Food poisoning. I came here based on the relatively high Google ratings, which was clearly a mistake. Three of us ordered the Huli huli chicken, one of the most popular dishes on the menu, on a Sunday around noon and we got food poisoning that night. The one who ordered a side dish did not get food poisoning. All the utensils for self-service were facing up, so during flu and cold season, anyone can spread germs on the part people put into their mouths. Napkins were interlocked, meant for a napkin dispenser, but were just put in a pile for people to grab, so that caused a mess. There was only one employee when we walked in and two coworkers who didn’t come in until after the lunch rush already started. So service was slow. Taste was mediocre. Save your time, money, and health on this poorly-run business. Zero stars if possible.

Ordered delivery and food arrived on time. Delivery driver was super friendly, no complaints there. However, I ordered the seasoned chicken and received plain shrimp on my bowl. Not the end of the world but disappointing. The bowl was also a little light on other toppings and sauce. I’d probably give it another go but would be nice to get what I ordered.

I try to make it a point to shine a light on great service when I see it, and I saw it tonight. 4 friends and I met up for dinner tonight at about 630 or so and were looking for something on the healthy side…and settled on Pokeworks (I had the spicy ahi with extra protein and ramen rather than rice, I highly recommend this combo with the works and some spicy furikake sprinkle)…this woman behind the counter was rocking it SOLO! She greeted everyone when they came in, got their orders out in a timely manor, humored questions about the menu, and did it all with a smile!!! Kudos to you you mystery poke lady! I’m guessing by the level of service with a smile you gave, you are the owner, or at least, should be! Thanks for a great dining experience!!!

I come to Pokeworks all the time and their food and service is beyond amazing!!! All the staff is super friendly and helpful and I love their food! One specific worker I always get served by, Savannah, is so kind and welcoming to all customers, and best of all her bowls are always DELICIOUS. The salmon bowl she always makes me is amazing and the portions are great! I would totally recommend this dining to anyone!!!! I will definitely be coming more.
