They had a food truck at an event and they were absolutely rude! I asked for an Americano and got a shot of espresso. When my face was displeased while looking in the cup, the barrista asked if I wanted hot water. I told her “that’s how americanos are made” and she got snappy at me. The prices increased each time I went, but I got less in the cup! $4 for what you see in this picture. RIP OFF!

Hubby and I never go to New Hope without a visit to this favorite Ice Cream Shop. The owner is very friendly and always has a no sugar added option which I can’t get anywhere else in New Hope. We enjoy sitting on the outside benches and watching the people stroll by. Great place, nice atmosphere.

My family has been here a few times over the years and the ice cream is always great. However, this last visit Melissa really shined and saved the day. There was this hoax played that shut down the city streets and we couldn’t make it back to our car which left my us stranded – not only did Mellissa welcome us to relax in the store but when we left she offered to assist me in getting to my car safely without walking miles in the dark and cold so my family can leave town (it’s a bit difficult to explain). Bottom line – great ice cream that goes with amazing staff!

Rude service.. Mediocre ice cream. Not much flavor into the ice cream, waffle cones tasted stale. I dont usually right a bad review but the enviroment was off on the place, great terrace view though! Employee needs to be trained on better customer service. She couldve just been the owner which is even worse!

Went in with my daughter and was immediately greeted. Then the worker went right back to putting price tags on candy bars, and completely ignored us for the next five minutes until we just walked out. Guess she just didn’t wanna sell any ice cream.
