Walked in with my friend and we stood at the counter 5 minutes without a SINGLE employee (there was about 6) greeting us or acknowledging that we stood at the counter. I understand that the drive thru is a priority but saying hello to a customer and acknowledging their existence is an expectation. There was such a “mean girl vibe” in there. We walked out without ordering anything and very angry.

This staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! We were visiting from out of town for a hockey tournament! We did a pickup order. Ended up placing it at the wrong location 18 minutes away. These girls/ladies were so kind and helpful! Not only did they fulfill our order. They did it with a smile. They were so kind, pleasant, helpful, and understanding!!!!!! They were super busy huge Sunday rush (November 9th 12:45) and they still accommodated us so graciously!!!! What a great crew!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!! Keep up the great work. Decided I would get Starbucks before going shopping. It’s 7am and no line. When I get to the drive thru, the employee named Kelly, she wears glasses, very rude in the drive thru as I’m ordering. Has an attitude to her tone. Not a way for anyone to start their morning. Save your time to go to the Otsego Starbucks that is 5 minutes away, staff is lovely over there!

Went in with my son to get a birthday treat when we were standing at the register one of, 3 or 4 of the birestas in the store at the time said they were only taking online and drive through orders. For a company that has always prided them self on customer service and the friendly barista that knows your name and your order. This experience did not live up to that. Im not sure why they would not have been able to take our order at the register if they could still ring up the drive through. Hopefully this does not become a standard practice. I did try to leave a discrete message to that only that store could read, But I could not find a way to reach out to them directly. I love starbucks and hope I never have to go in and play menu simulator like taco bell has done. It is a cold experience.

This startbucks is definitely one of the best locations. I leave early for work, so at 5 am they are open and all so friendly and it’s just a great way to start my day!

The workers are fantastic but this is the worst coffee shop to try to get any studying or work done at (I’m convinced they don’t want people in the lobby)they blast music so loud you can hear it clearly thru noise cancelling headphones and it’s always icy cold, year round.

In store and online are closed due to staffing issues, so drive thru only but super understandable. Staff was really nice. Cafe is still open to sit in though. But uh…. this dude had his bare feet pressed against the glass and was staring at people going thru the drive through

The service is the best in town. Coffee goes unmatched so I’m very thankful we have a Starbucks in our city. My kid enjoyed his small sugary frap and he was acting hyper.

We were in line for 20 minutes with a online mobile order with three drinks and 2 “treats” one drink came out with the two “treats” within 4 minutes or so, watched one of our drinks with a drive through tag on it get put on the in person table still took 10 minutes for our third drink
