HSP La Table – Huîtres et Saumons de Passy is an absolute gem in Paris and a must-visit for seafood lovers.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, elegant, and authentically Parisian. The quality of the oysters is exceptional—ultra-fresh, perfectly presented, and full of flavor. The salmon is equally outstanding, refined, delicate, and clearly sourced with great care. Every dish reflects true respect for the product and excellent culinary craftsmanship.

What truly elevates the experience is Victor, the owner. His passion, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality make you feel instantly welcome. He takes the time to ensure everything is perfect and creates an atmosphere that feels both professional and personal—something rare and very special.

Service is smooth and attentive without being intrusive, and the overall experience is refined yet relaxed. Whether you’re a local or visiting Paris, HSP La Table is the kind of place you remember and want to return to.

Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates top-quality seafood, great service, and authentic charm. ✨

Best restaurant we’ve eaten in Paris – by Far. Tartare de saumon, ceviche, pave, tiramisu, even the puree – was breathtaking. Ingredients are so fresh and it tastes like heaven. I usually never go back to a restaurant when I go back to a city but I will definitely go back to HSP. Service was also great. The owner is very welcoming – he takes care of all his customers and took special of our little one.

Awesome restaurant. It’s got way more going for it than the name, but what the name promises is spot on. The huîtres et saumons are fantastic, had a dozen Utah Beach oysters and they were perfection. The salmon tartare was ridiculous (in the best way). Wine was affordable, and the recommendation was spot on. Staff were friendly, professional, and great to chat with. The neighborhood is cool, and the view of the church across the street is lovely. If you like oysters, salmon, good food, and nice people in a local, non-touristy restaurant, go here.

We had oysters, cod fish, zalm and grilled octopus for dinner. All of them were very fresh. The taste was delicious and authentic. The service was very good. Victor and Timothée were really friendly and with good sense of humor. One of them helped to select a nice wine for us to go with the meal. Btw, the home made ice cream and tiramisu was also nice . We will definitely come again when we go to Paris.

HSP La Table – Huîtres et Saumons de Passy offers a sophisticated dining experience in the heart of Paris. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome and an elegant atmosphere. The menu features an impressive selection of seafood dishes, including Salmon, Ceviche, Tuna Tataki, and Octopus, all expertly prepared to perfection.

However, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Chocolate cake paired with a unique matcha-infused celery ice cream. While the combination may seem unusual, it proved to be a delightful fusion of flavors that tantalized our taste buds.

The wine pairing was expertly curated, enhancing each dish and elevating the overall dining experience.

Alicia and Vincent provided exceptional service, attending to our needs with professionalism and grace, further enhancing our enjoyment of the evening.

In summary, HSP La Table is a must-visit destination for seafood enthusiasts and those seeking a refined culinary experience in Paris. With its exquisite dishes, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance, it promises an unforgettable dining experience.

There is no freedom. If you ask for too much food you might be asked to come back

Before visiting the nearby Maison de Balzac, I stopped by for lunch, and I loved this place! The restaurant was quite full when I visited, so I chose to sit outside facing the church to watch the world go by. The seafood dishes were fresh and tasty, and the wine was great too. Though what I loved about this place was the friendly and personal service by the maitre d’. There are many misconceptions about bad services in Paris, but as someone who travels to Paris annually, I often think the bad services apply to touristy restaurants/ areas. If you go off the beaten track, there are many lovely local bistros that are friendly and professional, and this is one of them.

Went on a Friday night. Place is really buzzing with locals. Food is superb. Table wasn’t ready so the owners offered us free white wine or champagne! A few of the dishes, carrot soup starter had ginger finely sliced … salmon starter was cooked for 48 hours, amazing … and scallops were stunning!

A pretty casual restaurant, serving nothing less of fine dining plates. What a cozy seating set-up on the street right opposite a beautiful church. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. In this tiny place we were serviced by no less than 3 waiters. We ordered the salmon tartare, the tuna tataki, and the crab meat they were all very delicious, my favorite was the tuna and my husband really liked the crab, I think the fried onion on the salmon was a bit overwhelming but still very very good, just an unexpected touch. Would go back again and again, and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
Finally, I really appreciated them having a baby chair, a rare find in Paris these days.
