Staff was very helpful. Ordered the large prime rib. First thing I noticed was the meat looked dry like it was sitting under a heat source. The flavor was enjoyable this time and the dipping sauce was nice as well. It was one of the better prime ribs I’ve had for awhile. Love the peanuts just miss throwing them on the floor. Salad was enjoyable and rolls are always nice at filling you up.

We waited over an hour for a party of two to be seated. Once we were seated we ordered drinks and the waitress gave us two glasses of water. My glass had something stuck on the inside of the glass and my husband’s glass of water had something black floating in the bottom of it. The cups also felt gritty on the outside.
Showed our kind waitress and she brought us some more water. One glass was fine but the other had crumbs floating around in it.
I ate a roll while waiting on our drinks, used the knife from the napkin to cut my roll and buttered it. After finishing my roll I pulled out my forks and to my surprise there was food stuck to the backside of one of the forks. Almost immediately vomited.
The sweet waitress grabbed a manager for me in which I told and showed the manager all of the dirty dishes we had received. We were given a voucher for a free appetizer up to $7. I’m very displeased to only receive an up to $7 coupon after eating off of and receiving dirty dishes.
This is/was one of my favorite restaurants to eat at but now after this experience it may be a long time before I ever return. Hopefully by then they look at the dishes to make sure they’re clean before taking them to the tables.

The food was outstanding flavorful, perfectly cooked, and served hot. The kids event atmosphere was so much fun: inflatables , friendly staff, and a welcoming, festive vibe that kept everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. Great food plus a fantastic event made for an unforgettable night we’ll definitely be back!

My server, Avery was awesome! I ordered the prime rib medium rare. The kitchen manager, Dillon came out to check and make sure that I was OK with the fact that it was a little bit later in the night and he wasn’t sure if the meat would be to my satisfaction. They go the extra mile to have a great dining experience. And the prime rib came out excellent. The picture shows that I had to taste it first to be sure, so I ate a little bit before I posted. And the chili was excellent as well.

We had a wonderful server named Caydence! She was amazing, so sweet and friendly. From the start she was on it and took excellent care of us. My husband and I were so impressed with her pleasant demeanor and confident ease. We can’t remember the last time we had such a great server.
Our food was delicious but we did have an issue, I ordered a medium well burger that came out VERY RED. Caydence handled the whole thing great but I was very disappointed in the interaction we had with Layla who came by to check in our experience. When we praised Caydence for wonderful service Layla was reluctant to agree. I explained the issue with my burger and she insisted on taking the first burger because “it was policy” even though I asked to take it home for my husband to eat later. She was rude and said I was getting a replacement. The replacement I had to wait 25 minutes to get. No compensation was given for the mistake, I wouldn’t have expected any but the interaction with Layla was so unapologetic. I strongly suggest a policy change, my first burger was visibly night and difference from the first, it was obvious I was a not trying to just get some free food by being a picky customer.

Eric, my waiter, was absolutely amazing and on point. I dont come here often but he still recognized me from one of my previous visits which is really nice to know. He was quick and straight to the point and fast. I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye, which was cooked perfectly (as usual when I come to Texas Roadhouse. The beer was definitely refreshing. The bread was perfectly warm. The music was at a perfect volume. I cant recommend this restaurant enough. If you’re curious about what its like, definitely come here. This is (in my opinion) the premier of Texas Roadhouses.

Had the worst dinner ordered 16oz ribeye ( med rare), it came with some spicy seasoning probably from another order and they did not scrape the grill. The meat or the steak did not look the high-quality that they usually serve at the Texas Roadhouse unfortunately there wait staff did not come and ask how the food was just brought the tickets to check out and then brought to go take home thing which I went ahead and brought that steak home did reach out to the Texas Roadhouse corporation, but have not heard back just in case they wanted the steak to come back to them. Quite disappointment with the quality of the whole experience maybe this comment will help improve so that other customers don’t have to.

Was looking forward to eating a great steak today .. but so many things went wrong. We got sat ,ordered and then the BBQ was Cleary stated not to be on the chicken, so we sent that back.. next the steak was RARE and ordered med.. so they put the steak back in and charred the outside , the inside was still bloody when the manager brought it back out. Next the to go boxes were out.. they managed to find a tiny one thank God. Cuz at this point I was sick and not hungry .. next no rolls at all they ran out 15m ago… then I look at the kids food.. its red RARE FOR A KID TO EAT.. RARE!!! I am livid at this point . Not cool my kids could get sick.. not cool.

Typical busy place but staff work hard to get people seated quickly.
Server was great and very friendly. Great personality for such a busy place. Manager greeted table and assisted with a small issue.
Food was great tasting as expected. Steak was cooked as ordered, very tender and not over seasoned.
Potatoes did come out cold but staff quickly got a fresh dish and reserved new potatoes.
Aside from that environment was friendly and as clean as a good steak house should be.
