I don’t normally do this but I have to. So I went in tonight to make a simple order. Pechuga de cream and an elote. Let’s start off by not getting greeted at all. I had to grab my own menu. The girl tells me it’s will be 15min till it’s ready. I tell her that’s fine. Why did the have me waiting over 30min? Everything was just unacceptable and I actually like the place a lot. It’s crazy what one bad experience will make you feel. I doubt I’ll be returning

I had a really bad experience with the food. There was a cockroach on the table, which was very disturbing. We ordered baleadas to go, and the tortillas had green mold on them—they were clearly old and not fresh.
The food quality and cleanliness were unacceptable. Money is hard to earn, and when you go out to eat, it’s because you want to enjoy good food in a clean place. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

No air conditioning…pupusas was good, how ever..they add a service charge on to go orders!!! I agree with a charge if I dine in..they add tip too but if im placing a Togo order I shouldn’t be charged a fee!! They put dine in..on to go to add the fee..not.cool.

The first time I came to this restaurant was good. I then went back and ordered to go and it was very poor. I asked for sunny side up eggs and I received rubbery over cooked eggs. My platains where cooked with some kind of reused oil.
I also ordered three cheese with loroco pupusas and it only came with cheese.

My first time having Salvadorian food and it was AMAZING!
We ordered this dish for two “Antojitos” and it’s everything that you need, everything it was delicious. The staff was nice and friendly.
10/10 recommended.

The customer service here sucks I ordered a breakfast with avocado and I specifically told her that I was sitting down eating and she prepared Me a to go plate, and I open the plate and there was no avocado which she never mentioned from the beginning, bad communication very poor customer service I would never come here again

The food is great especially the pupusas, but the service is lacking, sometimes the waitresses are not as attentive, or rude, hopefully when you go they are better.

The food was outstanding, but what really made my dining experience great was the amount of patience the server had with my non spanish speaking self. She tried her absolute best to convey the menu, and made sure my wife didnt get any shell fish (she has an iodine alergy). Cant wait to go back!
