I have been eating at The Cove Club since it opened a few years ago. They have a grest menu and the portions are huge. I highly recommend it. Friendly staff and the owners are great people.

Maybe the best Burger on Grand Lake.
I was surprised. This burger patty was a full half pound, cooked perfectly medium. What I was not expecting was the charbroil flavor. It was really really good. A burger that didn’t need anything. Meat and bread. It did come with LTP&O on the side. M, M or K were available on the table. It comes with a side of your choice. I got okra, my wife got fries. If the restaurant would pizazz up those fries, they would definitely have the best burger combo on the shore line of Grand Lake.
Good friendly service. Taking a little too long for the food. Unfortunately, our server got involved with cleaning the floor. Our food sat on the counter a little too long. Only warm when it arrived. – 1 star. Comfortable diner café environment.
The burger ….excellent. I would come back here to have a burger. I will never pass up a good char burger.

Nice little restaurant. Visited twice on a weekend. Drastically different experience each time. Friday night staff very friendly. Saturday afternoon staff ~ not so friendly.
There’s plenty of room. Comfortable atmosphere. Food was surprisingly delicious. The Beer Batter Pretzel with Cheese ~ SO GOOD. Chicken patties and mash potatoes ~ tender and homemade. Cheese Burger ~ also a good one.
The only hesitation is the price.
They have homemade pies ~ stopped in on a Saturday to buy a Coconut Cream Pie for a Party. They don’t sell it by the Pie. I asked about purchasing 4 slices, the waitress was rude. I asked the price per slice $8.98 a slice. That’s crazy!! Problem solved, she didn’t have to be bothered with going to see if they had any.
Keep in mind it’s a lake restaurant and I think the only one in that small town.

Delightful and down home country cooking with Dee and her sweet husband. It’s Grand Lake folks. Nothing fancy, but consistent food & great service. Place is clean and the ladies bathroom was pristine. We will keep eating here and scarfing down the country fried steak with the fixin’s.
The portion was huge! I could only eat half.

The entree I ordered was good. Just thought it was weird when I requested a to-go cup for the soft drink I ordered I was told no. I wasn’t asking for a fresh drink. I wanted to take home the existing drink that I paid for. Not impressed … First time customer.

We absolutely love coming here! It’s definitely our favorite restaurant at the lake. The people here are so friendly and the food is delicious. So many items to choose from on the menu and they always have a lot of specials. Give it a try if you’re around Grand Lake.

The parks chops were very surprisingly juicy and tender for a small lake town restaurant in the off-season. The potatoes and gravy were adequate thus the 4 star rating but the blackberry cobbler with ice cream was delicious! The waitstaff and workers just naturally made you feel like you were eating in someone’s kitchen instead of a restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!

I have honestly never sent food back before, but I guess there is a first for everything. I got the hot beef sandwich and upon mastication was immediately assaulted with a chewy stringy mess. The tendons held the meat together as if there was a meat string trying valiantly to stave off being eaten. Once I figured out that I was fully unable to chew through the mess I took a stand. It was go time. I horked it down like a octogenarian taking his allotted pills in the nursing home. I managed to get it down without choking. Success. The gravy has a taste akin to that of the packet it came in but microwaved before being slathered atop the bread and meat. I took another bite to give it a fair shot. But alas. I was met with the same. As the time came to pay I thought long and hard. Looking at my plate of uneated hot beef. I tentatively told the waitress that the meal was not up to par. That I would like at least a discount. The owner, clad in a very nice dress came over and leered over my plate for a few long moments. She deemed it perfectly fine and assessed that I should pay the full price for my hot beef which was looking up at me sadly, two bites gone. I expressed my displeasure. But not wanting to cause a scene decided to just foot the bill. The baked potato was good. To speak more candidly. I have been coming the last 7 years. I have seen the hands change a few different times and am saddened at how this interaction was handled. This place used to be much better.

We visited this place for the first time today and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, they kept our drinks full and were attentive without being a pest. We both had the Cowboy burger with habanero bbq sauce(not for heat sissies). They had 1/2″ thick meat and cooked perfect to our liking with thick cut fries. Amazing flavor. And the AC was working great on this 100° day. Thank you wait staff .

Lil bit crowded on weekends. food was ok for the most part, but expensive if you don’t know what your ordering. stay away from the steak it’s mediocre at best and pricy. service was excellent from staff and waitress. Just did not see any of the food photo options on this page which was not on the menu.
