Tricia was so nice to me I bought a breakfast burger combo and I stayed their till an hour so I can wait my dog getting haircut next door and she was so nice to me she asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything and she noticed I haven’t threw my trash away and she took my trash and threw it away and she said no rush at all take your time !! I will definitely be coming back here again thank you Tricia for all you do and your wonderful customer service , God bless you , she deserves to be promoted for her greatness.

This is by far my favorite Carls Jr. In my area. I drove 15 minutes out of my way and past two existing Carl’s to get this one. It was 107 today and during my short work break I wanted some good AC and drove straight here. This Carl’s has the best AC by far, they play great music, the employees and manager work hard and it’s in a good safe area. The food is always on point, the place is clean and organized, excellent service and it’s worth the extra drive past many other restaurants in my honest opinion.

Went to order some food, cashier looked like she didn’t want to be there, asked her how she was doing, and she ignored me. When she called my number I asked for extra sauce and she made a face like I was bothering her. Came home to open up one of my sandwiches and saw this on the bun I’m not sure if it’s mold or marker or what but it doesn’t look safe to eat. The sad part is whoever made that sandwich 100% saw that and still decided to serve it. Maybe they need a surprise inspection from the health department.

My husband bought me a famous star, I was almost done eating when the last bite had a piece of metal wire(could have been from the skillet brush used to clean the grill idk). The staff needs to be vigilant to make sure no metal residue is left so this doesn’t happen again. I’m pregnant and imagine if I would have swallowed it and hurt my baby. This would have been a whole different conversation. Do better.

My client and I come to this store once a week. Every time we are treated with amazing service. The employees go above and beyond, down to offering to take our food tray to the trash when finished. We are greeted like family, the moment we walk in the door. The environment is always clean and peaceful. The manager at this location by the name of Tricia is phenomenal all the way around. We are happy customers!

Fries are then and well done ‘crispy
No play area for kids.
Only drive through for the foreseeable future. Hopefully you can find some shade nearby to eat.
