My family and I have been to Mi Casita several times over the past few months and really enjoy the food, staff is great, and atmosphere is clean and inviting. They have authentic Mexican food, but a classic chicken and fries option, too. My husband is Latino and he says this is the best Mexican restaurant in the area!

A group of 10 of us went on a Sunday afternoon. Was very very busy, but we were seated pretty quickly. Drinks and chips brought almost immediately. Yum!! Our food came much faster than I thought possible. I would tell anyone to order #19 with grilled veggies and shrimp. Some of the best Chinese I’ve ever eaten. Great job, guys!!

Was passing through from Tuscaloosa on our way home to Mobile and the billboard caught my eye for this place. Looked it up on Google maps and the rating was very favorable so we decided to check it out.
The building looked so inviting as we drove up and the “high car count” said we’d made the right choice.
The interior was bright and welcoming and so so very clean and fresh smelling. From beginning to end the staff were very friendly and we waited for nothing.
Next came the chips and salsa and queso… DELICIOUS!
I got the combination platter of two tamales, rice and beans but substituted more beans in place of the rice. Added the extra queso to the top of my tamales and dug in. Wonderfully seasoned and even better was the reasonable price.
It’s a shame we don’t live closer but we will stop by again if we are in the area.
