Let me start off honestly and straightforward, right off the bat.
1 Supreme pizza, 2 bottled sodas, and an appetizer of “fries” = $55.
You read that right folks, a normal dinner for maybe 2 people will run you a full day’s daily minimum wage’s income. Don’t bother paying that electric bill.
Is the food fine? Yes, it’s fine. A little salty for my taste, personally.
Is the atmosphere nice? If you’re the 21-35 year old, anti-everything, anti -capitalism-but-support-for-profit-entities -anyhow , then yes, you’ll think the atmosphere is nice.
Is the service good? The gentleman who took my order forgot my fries and referred to me as “man” instead of “sir”. So if that kind of thing doesn’t bother you, then yes, the service is good.
But at my highest moment, I would have given this place a high 3 star, low 4 star score if it wouldn’t have been for the final cost of my “just fine” dinner.
I cannot recommend, for THIS price, to come here and spend your hard-earned money on what could possibly be slightly-better-than-Little Caesars food. I know I will not. If prices came down, and there was maybe an emphasis on customer experience, then maybe it would come up to a 4 star review. But for now, 2 stars seems fair to me. All the best.
EDIT: Courteous and civil response from owner earns an extra star.
Will come back for a second chance and reconsider my review.
Soda option is great! Good vibe with lots of work of art on the wall and inside bathrooms. Chilling time with friends – we were on a camping trip to Copper Breaks State Park, and we stopped by on the way to and back!
If you are like me, you enjoy supporting locally owned businesses when you travel and I often will go online and find a place that is well rated and reviewed to try. I WOULD SKIP THIS ONE. There were other pizza places with equally good reviews to try.
I had invited some friends over for a pizza night and I ordered directly through their website “order online” option. When it was dropped off at the door, there was only 1 out of my 3 items. Of course I called and requested the rest of my order. I was told that “the driver forgot” the rest of my order, which they said they were sending. An hour later it had not arrived, so I called again. I was told that “nobody had come to pick up my order” and that it’s been sitting there for an hour and that I could come pick it up (ummm I ordered delivery for a reason). By this time, my friends were ready to go home and I no longer needed the pizza.
I called to request a refund, and was told that I would receive a call back the next morning. Morning came and went and no call. So I called again and was told that I ordered through Uber Eats and I needed to take it up with them. I don’t know how many ways I can say that I ordered through the website. I HAVE Uber eats and at no point did I log in or order through that site (see image). I asked to speak to the manager, who was clearly avoiding talking to me. I was told that he would call back in “10-15 minutes). Three hours later, I have not received this call and I’m tired of them. At the end of the day, I have spent $65 on ONE pizza.
The customer service is abhorrent and I would not recommend spending your hard earned money at this establishment.
At 4:58 I got a call saying there was system issues but since my pick up was at 6:30 I wouldn’t be affected.
The Slice app said the pizza was ready for pickup on time and I arrived at 6:30, there was plenty of disgruntled customers waiting.
At 6:45 I was told the system had an issue and they got backed up but mine would be out shortly. 7:05 rolls around and they asked if I wanted jalapeños or not because they ran out and they were about to start my pizza.
I followed the lead of other customers and cancelled the order.
Communicate with the customers instead of lying about when it might be ready.
This was my second experience with this establishment and the first I experienced a delay of 10-15 minutes beyond the pick up time as well.
About the place, very cool retro and vibrant, they have lot of games on each table. Fun to pass time. Food was delicious too, we ordered a vegetarian pizza and were satisfied with it. It was crunchy yet juicy enough to give you perfect taste. We loved our time here.
