The employees are kind and timely. They are especially quick with making drinks. When I place an online order, it’s done within five minutes. I’ve never had to wait in a long line there. I have no critiques. I will be returning.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the kind people at this location. I’m a flight attendant and real estate agent who still occasionally does DoorDash deliveries for extra cash 1-2 days a week typically. I picked up a delivery order and on my way to the drop off location, the 2 drinks inside of the bag completely spilled out. I went back to the store location, and HEATHER was absolutely phenomenal as well as the other team members. They remade the Dash order, and I wanted to order myself a drink while I was there, and Heather gave it to me complimentary since I was having a rough morning. A little kindness and conversation truly goes a long way, and I don’t write many reviews but I just had to thank them for their kindness and great service, especially Heather. Happy Holidays

Renovated location (11/2021?) Looks so open, fresh, airy and welcoming. Even during a busy Saturday morning, and a packed driveway, there was a short wait on drinks. Excellent service, clean seating area and restrooms. Nice sized outdoor patio seating area, and great window seats inside. Plush leather bench w/outlets along the side is really comfortable for those with laptops. Fridge and store area was well stocked. Great, fun staff!

Staff is great, barista is amazingly patient and takes good care of our order. We ordered a drink with certain modifications. An iced tea lemonade half passion half green with 12 full pumps of classic syrup. And they did it perfect!! This is the 5th time we ordered it and they get it right all the time. Thank you!

Ripped off- I think the barista poured leftover milk from another order into my cup and that’s why it wasn’t extra hot and the reason for my cup being half way.
I ordered a tall extra hot cinnamon dolce late for pick up and they did me bogus with my drink. The pictures show how much drink they gave me and that’s with the whip cream which seems like they poured even extra whip to try to cover it. They literally gave me half of my drink and it wasn’t even extra hot.
Very overpriced for quality you pay. Very disappointed in their customer service as well. We will stop going to this location.

On 10/28/2025 around 6:15pm one of the employees working the drive thru had the audacity to roll her eyes when I requested a new drink. Perhaps during the ordering process something was misunderstood. But rolling her eyes and not even giving me the drink spoke volumes. I would love to speak to a district manager asap. I always have issues with this same employee. She had black glasses and a lip piercing.

I went through the drive-thru. I had questions about the coffee and tea drinks and the person over the speaker was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. When I got to the window service was very fast and friendly. My Mocha Cafe Latte was good and hot.
