Huge fan of Dunkies, im a Starbys convert. I used to spend $8 per day at Starbucks and gave Dunks a try and same coffee is half the price. So now im an every day Dunkies guy. Super friendly staff here as well, thanks guys.

I used to come here frequently but recently, their drive through service has been terrible. My recent orders were not toasted as requested, all feeling cold and tasted old, like they aren’t refrigerating their food. Also, the woman who takes my order (on Sunday mornings) is ignoring details, such as how I want my coffee prepared, which is not difficult to understand when I say NO CREAM, and I have just stopped coming to this branch all together. Get a new crew or just go to another branch, like I have, where they care about retaining business, especially in this economy where the higher prices make it harder to eat out. This is not the time to chase your customers away with terrible service.

Came in to get a hot medium coffee, cream and sugar, and one doughnut. Two young girls playing around didn’t seem to care. One lady came in from the drive-through because the coffee wasn’t hot they served her. Got my coffee made sure it was hot then left but the coffee when I tasted it was very much watered down. Unacceptable for what you pay for it!

First off let me say the service here is pathetic. The employees should be ashamed. Most of the donut flavors you want are not available, and will they make more. No. I feel like they want me to leave so they can go back to goofing off. Do yourself a favor and drive to grocery store to get donuts and coffee. This place is scary and no one cares.

Good customer service. Dine in or take out. Parking can be limited at times. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Most times they prepare delivery orders upon delivery service arriving so be prepared to wait unfortunately.

Went to Dunkin and had a terrible experience. The customer service was awful. The staff seemed annoyed that we were even there, barely acknowledged us. They weren’t wearing uniforms and had a nasty attitude. When we politely asked for it to be fixed, we were met with attitude instead of help. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a well-known brand. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This is by far the WORST franchise store in the area! Just once again they messed up the order made multiple things incorrectly and when asked about said items the lazy employee instead of correcting said its the LIGHTING!! WHAT!?! Instead of worrying about the look of the location how about some training on basic services. Failure every time is an owner failure.
