The food is fair but about as good as one can expect from a drive thru. The service is great though, as the employee’s seem content and the customer service I received was superb. I would recommend this place over most other fast food chains.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in more than 20 years. So, while visiting Fort Collins from Thailand, my daughter and I decided to drop in.
My daughter ordered the Taco Salad and the four piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets with Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce.
I got the double pattie Baconator set.
From the soda dispenser, I got a Cherry Dr. Pepper. We don’t have that in Thailand.
All in all, the food is what you would expect from a Wendy’s.
The staff member who took our order was polite and helpful explaining the menu to us.
The atmosphere was OK, but there was a bit of noise while they vacuumed the floor.
The above mentioned food cost came to USD 26.96. In Thailand, that would be around THB 970! Sticker Shock!
I can get a lot of Burger King, McDonald’s or KFC in Thailand for that price.

They were completely under staffed and struggling. The reason I gave 5 stars is the way they handled themselves and were very kind and considerate. I hope management stops putting them in this kind of situation

Lately the good looks way old n too tired to turn around and ask anybody to replace it. Then, if you try to contact them on the app, you can’t either but I find this with a lot of places that I go or understaffed and have less quality. However, I can say that these people are always usually very nice and have very good customer service so that is one good thing.

Also so kind being a senior now , I asked for medium coffee the clerk said I’ll bring you out youre fresh brewed coffee, and no charge this was another visit from previous 3.24 meal ..

No sweet sour sauce. I ordered a chicken nuggets and they didn’t warned us about no sweet sour sauce.. and yet had to paid for chicken nuggets with no sweet sour sauce! Such a disappointment!

My wife loves their chicken nuggets. I like their chili but not their burgers – meat’s ground to a coarse consistency and a bit rubbery. All the chicken sammies are great, however. Fries are outstanding.

It’s dirty and the customer service is alright. There is this one kid named Alex tho who always makes sure all the tables are clean. Whenever I see Alex, I know my dining experience will be far better than if he were absent. He usually closes on wednesdays.
