Didn’t Match the Online Design – Disappointed
I ordered a birthday cake online from Kroger’s bakery for my daughter’s 1st birthday. Unfortunately, the cake I received looked nothing like the photo shown on the website.
The design was missing key decorations, the overall finish felt rushed, and the cake topper was left inside the plastic packaging instead of being properly placed. It just didn’t reflect the care or presentation I expected for such an important occasion.
I normally enjoy shopping at Kroger, but this experience was really disappointing—especially because it was for a milestone event. I hope the bakery team can improve quality control and better match what’s advertised online in the future.
