I understand that this is not the delivery driver’s fault, but the fault of the KFC staff. When you come in person, you actually get the order you asked for. But when you order delivery — and this is not the first fing time* — you get absolutely disgusting food that smells bad and is all stuck together.
Just look at what KFC sent me. I paid fing money for this*. And I want to get what I actually ordered. What I ordered was French fries, a large portion of fries, not some random big chunks of potatoes thrown together. On top of that, the fries aren’t even seasoned with paprika, even though they usually are. Normally they’re crispy and tasty, but when it’s delivery — that’s it, it’s a complete disaster.
I also ordered a large Pepsi. What they sent me — I don’t even know what that is. It looks like Pepsi, but it tastes like water mixed with chlorine. Absolutely disgusting.
This is a terrible attitude toward delivery orders. I really hope the manager notices this comment and does something about their employees, because this is simply unbearable. I understand that I will not come back here again. I’d rather drive 20 fing minutes* in the opposite direction to another KFC than order from this place ever again

Ordered KFC a few weeks ago through DoorDash, I was getting ready to work, after getting ready (mind you I ordered before getting ready) and the driver got there (okay no problem) so I waited 20 minutes, then a full hour, usually DoorDashers wouldn’t take this long, so I checked the app, come to find out the driver canceled the order, so another driver took over the order, I still waited ANOTHER HOUR! nothing. So I was forced to cancel the order and order McDonald’s instead. I understand if you could be possibly understaffed but this is unacceptable.

This place explains the reason why we see less and less of KFC in wisconsin poor customer service. The customer service is so bad that they have a sign in their window stating they will not give you a refund they will do what they can to make the order right . But they will not give you a refund . I guess if you check your food before you leave and dont get it door dash you should be good lol

Ordered through the drive through. Requested honey packets for the biscuits and never got them. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, was given mashed potatoes and then a small mashed potatoes/gravy cup. The corn looks old and disgusting. Biscuits are hard. Definitely not impressed with how KFC is serving these days.

Usually pretty fast to get food, over the few times I have gone here, the crispiness of the chicken is inconsistent, sometimes it soggy other times its perfect. Same with the biscuits, sometimes they are great other times its like biting into a brick due to them being stale.
I also would not ever eat inside, its sketchy and not typically very cleanly

They used to care about their customers and a good reputation and now that must have gone out of the window with basic customer service and problem solving. Everytime they forget or mess up, rarely do they care and take down your name to make it right and then when you come to redeem your rightfully owed food, the new Hispanic manager who ” took over early November” just shrugged his shoulders and said maybe come back when Helen is working?? (The only employee who I guess can tolerate working here anymore, who wrote it down 2 weeks ago.)

When I go to a business for take out, I expect to get the food that I ordered. I wrote what I wanted on a piece of paper, explained exactly what it was that I wanted and then handed her the paper. It took awhile, as the wedges that I ordered had to be made, which I didn’t mind waiting for because I’m happy the wedges are back. The problem was that I ordered two legs original, two legs extra crispy. Also, two thighs original, two thighs extra crispy. What I got was two breasts extra crispy, two wings extra crispy, two thighs original, and two wings original. Bad on me for not checking in the bag before I left for home 18 miles away. For $35, and handing them a piece of paper with my exact order, you would think they’d get it right…and they weren’t even that busy. It’s not the first time that my order was wrong. I should have checked.

Food was hot and delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The biscuit was simply heavenly! Soft, tender and melted in your mouth. Raul, the manager was friendly, attentive and courteous. The only thing left is crumbs. Highly recommended.

Fast service, clean restaurant, great friendly staff here, but the chicken seemed like it had been sitting around too long.. it wasn’t nearly as fresh & hot as I’d like, but it was still good extra crispy chicken at 2 pm.
The fries were just awful so I was disappointed. They were brown, over cooked, & barely warm to the touch. They looked nothing like they were shown on the menu, let’s just say that. The fries tasted awful as well so I just threw them out after trying to eat them. Pics are included for comparison to the menu pics I took so you can see for yourselves what I’m talking about.
The mashed potatoes were barely warm and not enough gravy for them in the cup. I’m used to getting hot mashed potatoes with lots of gravy at most other locations.
I’ll give them another chance another day in the future and, hopefully, everything food wise is better on that visit. Again, the service here was great!
The coleslaw was fantastic as usual though! Nice & cold and very refreshing to eat. It’s my favorite item they serve.
