Food was decent but not great. Food definitely dry the fact we were lied to about the sauce and then after confronting about it was told we would be charged for any . Fries were over cooked 99% were extremely dry and barely any salt. Food isn’t the worst but the service definitely could have been better and now definitely won’t be comfortable with coming back to this location.

Place the order through the app and was pretty much the first order of the day because it was right at opening time. Didn’t think to check all the food before I left because I had no inkling that something would be wrong with the food like being cold for instance we were first customers of the day and they were just opening. But boy was I wrong. The chicken tenders on both plates we’re cold and hard as rocks. So I don’t know. Did they give us something from the night before?… Had to! Needless to say I’ve never went back.

Good chicken quality and fry seasoning. Sandwich was somewhat toasted but not completely. Condiments and sauce were on point.
Service: 4/10
Not the best, our server seemed uninterested, but still got our order done in good time. However, the wait for our food was 10+ minutes. Considering the amount of people ordering at the time, the wait was too long.
Atmosphere: 9/0
Good facilities and decoration. Clean tables. Orderly bathrooms.
Overall: 7/10

I boycotted Zaxby’s a couple years ago when they stopped carrying the marinara sauce for the fried white cheddar bites. However, I decided I wanted their chicken fingers today. I paid $8.?? for a big Zack snack and the chicken fingers are not edible. They taste old and chewy. The fries and bread were ok but I’m throwing away the chicken.

When we pulled in to grab our food one of the staff opened the window while complaining that they never get to leave on time loudly to another staff member. If they were supposed to be closing they should be polite and tell the customer rather than complain about it once they can hear you.

We always love the chicken at Zaxby’s. It is always made to order for you and your family. I recommend the family pack when you want a quick dinner for a busy week night. If you have not tried the cookies you are missing out on a treat.

Ate out with my niece and we both enjoyed Zaxbys. She had a card and supper only cost $6…extra special good.
