All these 1 star reviews are angry white Facebook women complaining about how the small town McDonald’s takes a while. I did go during breakfast but the food was hot and fresh and the staff was very kind! Sure it gets more hectic during the afternoon or evening but only because it’s overcrowded.

Wish I can give a 0 star. My wife ordered on the app they couldn’t find her order in the drive thru and wouldn’t work with her unless she went inside. Gave us our food but not what was ordered, forgot food, and when we got home the food we got was poor. Very little Lettuces and onions on her burger when she asked for none worst I’ve experienced yet

This Mcdonalds HAS to be the worst mcdonalds i have been to. I work across the road so i still go, but everytime ive been its been the worst!! I place an online order for a fry and a drink wait an hour then get it.. my boyfriend has ran into mcdonalds on his lunch for work to walk into employees arguing, another customer complaining trying to turn off the kiosks, several people standing inside that waited FOREVER in the drive through just to have their order WRONG. Do better! EDIT TO ADD: went to mcdonalds on lunch at work today, surprisingly there is a hair in my food. SICK.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s ever. Always slow to get your order in the drive through, app order, etc. doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. Ordered breakfast the other day at the drive through only to find it literally ice cold. I don’t see how they can afford to pay their lease and franchise fee, I guess they make it up in the high prices, Do yourself a favor and go to Jacks, they are quicker and cheaper with better food.

Every time I come there and order fries, the boxes are never full. I ordered a large fry and it looks like a small and it’s not fresh and hot. For the amount of money the food cost, the least yall could do is fill the boxes up.

If you have ever seen the in living color skit featuring Bon Qui Qui, you have visited Brent McDonald’s. And that has nothing to do with the race of the workers there.
My family has yet to order here and get our full order exactly right. Not one time. And we have been to this location at least a dozen times.
The management must truly be horrible. Of course, the food takes 20 to 30 minutes to get and it will not be what you ordered…. ever. But this last visit was probably it for me. I went in to get the mistake in our order corrected, yet again, and there was a line of people waiting to be helped. The young lady clearly did not care whatsoever about attempting to help customers. Each time she would walk by, look directly at us, and then just continue to shuffle about. I finally walked behind the counter to see if they had any ranch. She literally came out yelling, “who came behind the counter?”. She then proceeded to still not even address the growing line of people waiting to have their orders fixed. My expectations are pretty low when it comes to fast food. But this McDonalds location has somehow undershot even my very low expectations. The staff clearly doesn’t want anyone there, and so, we will not be back to this horribly run establishment until they get management that can fix this mess.

Came in Friday August 29th. The night manager was yelling and cussing at the other employees. I wouldn’t work under her. Great service and food. Bad manager, she needs to move on

Is this what $15 an hour? When you are specific about your order and they get it wrong….TWICE! Within not even 6 mins.
Maybe the higher up above the manager here needs to clean house and if they cannot find competent workers close it down. Then I would feel sorry for Walmart behind them if they would employ them.

On Monday we came through the drive thru. My mnl asked for ranch dressing by mistake for the happy meal sauce. She corrected it and said honey mustard. Well it showed up on the screen honey mustard. We get to the window and she tells the cashier we need honey mustard not ranch. She claims she will tell someone but didnt. She asked us to pull in a parking spot. Brings our food to us and its ranch sause not honey mustard. A 5 year old child day is was now ruined. Today we try again we order a happy meal with honey mustard sauce. Today McDonald’s decides they’re just not going to give us amy sauce. Agian a 5 year olds day ruined. He just wants yall to give him the honey mustard suace. How hard is that????
