Love the customer service from a young lady with pink glasses. She was very kind and made sure I had everything, and love how they kept the place very clean.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was prepared correctly. Onion rings were crispy (even after they cooled down) and well seasoned. The only criticism was that the dining room and restroom needed cleaning.

We were here a few days earlier, and had a pleasant experience and the staff as friendly and helpful then, but the real story is the above and beyond customer service today. We ordered on the app intending to eat at a different location closer tobwhere we were at today, but the app defaulted back to this location and we didn’t notice.
We called here and explained what happened, and they called the location we meant to order from and got them to agree to make the food there for us! Thank you so much for your help, we’ll be sure to visit again!

Good morning I normally only review when I experience inconsistencies. Your pricing for the same items over the past few weeks from 10.99 – 21.00 2 Western bacon cheese burgers I only usually come to this location open 24hours I don’t sleep no receipts to boot usually throw them away anyway but when I notice inconsistent patterns it concerns me about other customers. I’m an owner myself you need to address this asap. Get Consistent!

It has been a while since I’ve been to this particular Carl’s Jr. And I’m glad I went back today. I forgot how big, clean, roomy, and polite this particular Carl’s Jr is. The food was good, decent price and the interior restaurant was well kept.

Great place to have lunch we all had a great experience in this particular location. Our food was brought out really quickly, we’re amazed at the accuracy and how everything look hot and fresh. We believe the managers name was Laura and could tell she went the extra mile to insure our order was correct.
