I just had the worst experience of my life as a gluten-free person.I have coeliac disease and I went to ask them to make a gluten-free bowl and none of the workers understood what I was saying. I asked for gluten-free and they thought I wanted a free bowl and insisted that I would have to pay. I said that I will pay but I just want it gluten-free and again they said it’s not possible free you’ll have to pay for like 15 minutes until I just left.

I have had a very good experiences at Chipotle as a gluten-free person before but this specific location I will never go back to, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Went on a Friday 1:30pm. The employee serving customers gave incredibly generous servings, promptly asking questions on customer’s preferences on protein, rice, beans, and extras. After many disappointing experiences with Chipotle restaurants in recent years, this was a pleasant surprise. Would come back. This location shows exemplary excellence in portion sizing, customer service, and overall cleanliness.

The worst experience ive ever had at any restaurant ever. The smallest portion sizes imaginable and when I asked for guac it somehow got even smaller. I asked for a little more as im paying extra for guac and they gave me almost none and everyone looked at me like I was an asshole and tried to charge me for extra guac. This has to be the worst chipotle location despite the complete collapse in any semblance of customer service or attempt to give you even a quarter of what they used to. The entrance also has a massive leak flooding water in and it would be a kindness if the entire establishment were to face the same fate.

Don’t bother trying to order ahead, it’s completely dysfunctional at this location. They keep the prepared orders in the back and you have to flag down an employee to get it for you but today they just weren’t even making the mobile orders.
My lunch was supposed to be ready at 1pm but I waited and waited and at 1:20 I finally gave up and left without the meal I paid for. The lone lady working the to-go area was gone in the bathroom for a while but over the 10 minutes when she was back I think I saw 2 orders get completed.
Don’t waste your time and money like me.

I live in the area and come here often throughout the week for lunch. Usually if you order in person it isn’t so bad, and 90% of the time they will get your order right if you make sure to point in addition to speaking assertively, because many if not most of the workers don’t speak English. If I could give a separate rating for ordering in person I would rate this specific location a 4/5.

However ordering online is completely different. I’ve ordered through Grubhub, Doordash, Ubereats, or just pickup through the Chipotle app here numerous times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there will be something wrong with your order. The problem is rarely with the delivery drivers and almost always with the people preparing the food. I’ll get portions that are the size of my palm, or a meal with literally everything being completely different ingredients even when the receipt they stick on the meal says what I ordered, or they will just give me someone else’s meal, or even just throw some ingredients in a bowl and call it a day.

Also most of the time whenever there is a delay its in their kitchen. In the past it has taken anywhere from 30-60 extra minutes to get my order for no reason, and not only is this annoying to me but its frustrating to all the delivery drivers who spend an extra 30 minutes per order because they have to wait around for the kitchen to decide to do their job.

What gets me is that this is also a location that gets a lot of deliveries, and during peak hours you can always see delivery drivers idling right in front of the storefront, so it makes no sense as to why they are so horrible at making food for deliveries when they do fine in person.

For example I attached a photo of an order my younger sibling got through Grubhub today, of a burrito bowl with only white rice, carnitas, and guac. They didn’t select anything that would indicate for a smaller portion, yet when they opened up the bowl they found 2/3 of it empty as if they threw in some scraps and didn’t bother to finish the rest. Despite that, this was a GOOD day, because the order arrived in a reasonable time and it had the right ingredients.

I really don’t know if the workers are illiterate or just don’t care. I get that working at a Chipotle isn’t exactly glamorous and life gets overwhelming at times but that doesn’t excuse how consistently poorly the workers run this location. Normally I don’t write reviews, especially something this long, but it’s truly astonishing to me how they can mess up the online orders so bad while being a decent location in person. I honestly don’t know why I have continued to order online here but I think I am going to stop after reflecting on this.

I ordered pickup and should’ve checked my food beforehand. I understand cutting portions but having a burrito the size of my palm is sad. There was no chicken in it and it was basically rice. Just go 1/4 of a mile more down to magoun square and go to La Posada. Their food is actually good and gives you great portions for a decent price.

haven’t ate chipotle in over two years due to their sketchy reputation with the food they serve but decided to order today through uber eats- got my bowl everything was correct as i went to take my first bite there was a long strand of red hair. i’m gagging as i write this, needless to say i will never eat chipotle again especially never at this location

I have generally had good food at Chipotle, but I was upset to receive sub-quality Guacamole today. It had become brown, had a pungent smell and tasted bitter. I was not even sure if it was safe for eating, I spat out my first dip due to the awful taste, even though i generally love guacamole. I request customers to take a good look at the Guac they get with their chips. I urge the restaurant to maintain close scrutiny of their food quality. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered two bowls today and both of them were stone cold. The chicken, steak and fajitas in both bowls were clearly just taken out of the refrigerator and put in my bowl.

I would avoid this location if you want to avoid getting sick.
Attempted to reach out to the store directly through their communication methods and all i got were automated messages.

Edit: i picked up my order 10 minutes after placing the order. I was handed the bag by one of the associates making the orders.
