TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Probably the best chicken sliders you can get in Bloomington. Perfectly seasoned and complemented with the most delicious sauce, I’ve never disregarded my table manners more than when I eat the food at Dave’s Hot Chicken. The crew is super friendly too, and always hooks me up with extra sauce or whatever else I need. Average…service was lackluster, food was ok…I don’t know if I’d return here to eat…the chicken was kinda rubbery. We had the 10 piece Dave’s bites and fries with medium spice. I liked the heat of the spices! It had good flavor, they just need a better quality of meat!!

But it’s not the food that’s good, the atmosphere is wonderful. Have you ever let beyoncé take your body through music while enjoying flavor you never knew existed? As a white women, these spices spoke me to me.
Don’t even think for a second that the service can’t be any good. The wonder staff, mainly Lexi, were so kind and helpful. When the oil of my new found love of spiced chicken hindered my ability to open their heavenly sauce packet, Lexi saved my day and opened it for me.
If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, you don’t deserve the joy of this place.

Only thing that could have made it better was more slaw. It was light and didn’t balance the sandwich. We agreed it was hot as balls! Lol thank you for amazing service! We will be back!

Never had it before. Decided to try for the fallout meal. Heather was completely disrespectful and rude. The food was great. Sadly my experience with her (over the phone and in person) was so terrible i will be sure not to go back. I actually enjoyed the food alot. My DoorDasher picked up the wrong order, dropping off an order that I am allergic to and cannot consume. I called and general manager Katie immediately gave me a solution and told me she would personally refund my order completely and drop off the correct order herself. Excellent customer service, despite being completely slammed after a college football game. I am genuinely impressed by her suctioned service and know that was not soemthing easy to do. I am so grateful and appreciative of her. That girl deserves a raise!!
