Went here for a Caramel brûlée latte and when I got to work this morning to transfer it to a different cup this was the amount of coffee that was in my cup. I’m also a barista and would have never handed out a drink this empty, so 1/1 stars for whoever made my drink and thought it was appropriate to give this out. They’re replacing it for me and customer service was great, but just disappointing as I thought this issue with Starbucks handing out half drinks was addressed years ago?!

Wow! Fantastic experience at the drive-through this morning. Just exceptional service from ordering to picking up my drink. The service was fast and friendly. Lili, handed me my drink and was inquisitive about my day. This stop turned out to be more than just the coffee.

I really enjoy the ambience. This is a great place to seat, relax and enjoy the amazing colorado views. What really make this place outstanding is the customer service ! I’m writing this in hopes that you guys fix your Uber eats pick up process. Out of every Starbucks in the area yours is the most difficult every time. Instead of having the bags anywhere near the pick up. You guys Ask drivers to stand in line with regular customers and pick up the delivery bags from the cashier. Instead of just putting them in a safe location close to the pick up like every other Starbucks in the area. This is the second time I’ve been to your location and stood in line for to go bag that was already ready.
