I was super impressed with Marco’s recently! They were actually open on Christmas, and the employees were all happy, extremely friendly, and glad to be serving people. Gives me hope in the customer service industry again! great job, y’all! The store was also clean, including the floors and booths, counters, and windows. Overall, I was highly impressed!
Also, the food was delicious! We got pepperoni pizza and some cheese sticks, both were hot, fresh, and delicious! The dough was done, but not burnt, pepperoni was cupped and slightly crispy, and the cheese was pull-y but easy to cut. The marinara was yummy, as well. 10/10 would recommend! Pretty great! No complaints.

I work next door and get their chicken and pizza occasionally. Everything is delicious! Always served hot and with love. They also have an option to go light on the cheese. It’s affordable and tasty I highly recommend! The dining room is decorated for the holidays and not too bright so it’s very cozy and great for hanging out for dinner.

Told the store that we could NOT eat anything spicy. Asked specifically if the sausage was spicy and was promised it was not. We ordered sour pizza. They put spicy sausage on it and hot banana peppers. (Every other pizza restaurant uses mild banana peppers which we could have eaten). Took one bite and could not eat anything more. We explained that this is due to a medical condition not just a desire to avoid spice. Called the location and offered $5 credit- which isn’t even enough to replace the pizza we bought. Poor customer service and even worse food. Going back to Pizza Hut next time.

I ordered a pizza and extras at 5:15 for delivery at 6:30. At 6:30 I received an email that the order was placed at 6:30. It wasn’t delivered until 6:55, by which time I was quite hangry. Plus the pizza (only one slice) gave me relentless heartburn that kept me up until 2:30 am! If management actually reads this, I want a partial refund!

I normally don’t take time to make bad reviews and , the pizza that we FINALLY GOT was very good….but I called this location 3 times to place an order, and the last time I called, my call was directed to the pigeon forge location (which I was not aware) . I placed the order, and I had a family ember picking it up..at the maryville location. Had to cancel the order and re order, after multiple calls.

We get consistently good pizza at Marco’s, usually pepperoni and veggies. Service is quick, prices reasonable, and they offer a veteran’s discount. Only place we come back to for pizza now after trying several other places in town.

Food stated would be ready at a certain time. Came and none of it was ready.
