My brother went through and got the cheeseburger meel plain and a well done 10pc. They made him regular cheeseburgers and didnt put his nuggets in the bag. He went back in to fix it, his nuggets werent well done and his cheeseburgers still werent plain. Also when they gave him his drink they did not latch the lid and he got covered in soda in his car. I had to call just to get his food replaced later. I work at a mcdonalds and one thing u dont do is ask for the recept. Hes keeping his for his replacement next tuesday. But its also completely soaks due to them not knowing how to put a lid on a cup and actually making sure its latched. If they dont fix it the propper way this tuesday I will be calling again.

I was excited for this new McDonald’s and even added it to Google Maps. The building is beautiful, but service is extremely slow. Nearly every car gets pulled ahead, and waits are often 10+ minutes — today mine was 45 minutes. Really hoping they improve, because the location has potential.

Food was good. Staff friendly. They let me order lunch a few mins early. Wanted a grinch meal but they were sold out. :/ They were also out of sweet tea with no offer to make more, just out. They were out of some sandwiches. The place seemed clean. Atmosphere quiet & friendly. What we ordered was good.

This newly open establishment was so amazing!! We came opening day and have been back multiple times!!! Food is always hot and fresh!!! The employees are so kind and helpful!!!! 5 stars is not enough, I will drive across town to come specifically to this store!!!

I have never seen more disrespectful management at a McDonald’s location. I’ve never had a problem with the employees, but the manager serina winters is extremely rude and disrespectful to both customers and employees. It has gone on for months now and something needs to be done about it.

My husband and I work nights sometimes we like to stop on the way home and get breakfast sandwiches. He orders a bacon and egg mcmuffin and I order the sausage and egg mcmuffin. We get home and are eating our sandwiches when he notices something on his egg, MOLD! So I open my sandwich and MOLD! He packs up what we hadn’t eaten and drove back to the Mcdonald’s. The manager had the audacity to say “well that’s how they look sometimes.” My husband demanded our money back and a phone number for the owners or corporate. He called and left a message. They never bothered returning his phone call. If this is what customer service has turned into, God help us all.

Placed a order for curbside, the parking lot is ridiculous to the point people were just parking in curbside and when I finally was able to park the app tells me I have to now go inside to get my food. I ordered curbside for a reason (I did not want to go inside) got inside and zero employees at the front and a very full lobby. I waited with a hyper toddler and decided I was done: tried to cancel my order by calling the store and was told they can’t and to try through the app and the app would not let me either. So not only did I not get my food I also lost the money I paid and my points. Maybe they needed to listen to a toddler who was upset he didn’t get his special lunch for being good. I won’t be back

The staff have no clue what they are doing. Manager tried to tell me I can only earn points but I can’t use my rewards while ordering. I do it all the time. Kiosk was only allowing to go orders. Ended up not ordering cuz she wouldn’t let me use my rewards. Told her she needed to learn the policy.

Used my Birthday reward. Was told by Justine she couldn’t give me a selected item from the eligible list because the rules changed and they no longer offer but 2 items on the eligible list. When I showed her the list of eligible items at the window she said “I can’t do anything about that” with her Rude voice! Only after I said SHE is the MANAGER she had the authority to change it and make it right did she! As she whipped my card and receipt towards me. I made sure she knew she was RUDE and I would posting a review. Do BETTER Justine!! Your Customer Service skills are TERRIBLE!!

Cold food and staff seem to have no clue what they are doing. Staff are never polite and this time in the drive thru I could actually smell the body odor from one of them. They need to enforce cleanliness, I’m done eating there.
