I am between 2 and 3.
I gave it a 3, as the place was almost full, with age average between 30-50.
Overall the food was ok but the meat was not under cooked, for my taste. I had 2 types of fishes and 1 cow organ. I would have preferred to have a bit more vegetable near the meat.
The place is clean, nice, friendly staff.

Nice service and good food. They have super staff, only 2 person(one waitress and one shief) served the whole restaurant without any delaying, i am amazed.

Amazing food! From the outside, you might have some doubts. But after the first bite, you will know you chose the right restaurant. They only work with fresh ingredients and have few options on the menu for that reason. The menu changes periodically. The waitress is very kind and speaks English and Spanish.
