We had reservations for 12 at 4:30 the hostess was very sweet Kendall she greeted us and made sure we got seated. Our waitress was Rachel, she was so awesome.

We beat the rush tonight and what a hidden gem. We enjoyed everything from scallops to baby back ribs with garlic bread, salad, and a chicken sandwich in between. You can always judge a restaurant by its bathrooms (super clean) and if the fries are still hot when they arrive. Spoiler alert – they were. Highly recommend! Service was excellent and we all enjoyed our meals. We don’t have dessert – too full but will next time.

Always a fun time at Serrato’s. Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. Take your family there for dinner. The steak is always very good and in Nashville every time I find a spot that has different seafood it is always a win. Ordering the Halibut is almost like a mini seafood tower. The first thing I noticed was, how they greeted you when came into the restaurant. They atmosphere was like stepping back in time to a very elegant spot. Food was outstanding. Our sever Payton was attentive to our needs. She also offered suggestions to try for our anniversary meal. Everyone checked in to see if we needed anything and how our food was.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday at Serrato’s Steakhouse. The evening started with the calamari and shrimp appetizer along with the bread basket—both were very enjoyable. For drinks, we tried the limoncello champagne cocktail and an old fashioned. Both were well made and a great start to the night.
For entrées, we ordered the pork chop with mashed potatoes, the steak with a kale salad (that kale salad was phenomenal—definitely a highlight), and the ribeye steak sandwich. Everything was cooked beautifully and full of flavor.
To finish, we tried a variety of desserts: crème brûlée, carrot cake, and chocolate cake. The crème brûlée wasn’t my favorite, but the carrot cake and chocolate cake were excellent and a perfect way to end the meal.
Overall, Serrato’s delivered a great experience—tasty food, good drinks, and a nice atmosphere for a special celebration. I’d definitely return, especially for that kale salad and the steak!

The Fillet mignon with the stuffed crab and shrimp was a mouth watering culinary delight, the flavors exquisite, sending my taste buds into a realm of dancing. I never knew Mac and Cheese could taste divine. Their sourdough bread one for the Gods. The chocolate flour less tort made me want to lick the plate.

Not impressed by the food at all. Way overpriced for the taste and portions. Got the garlic bread for an appetizer and 3 of us shared, needless to say by the time we all three got home we were throwing up and sitting on the toilet. Tried to call the manager to let them know and was rudely dismissed. I was not asking for money back I was just trying to let them know that we all got sick but they did not want to hear it. Will not be back

GREAT restaurant!! I would choose this over any of the steak houses in Cool Springs. It’s so quaint & you can actually have a conversation with your table. The food was delish & the cocktails were fabulous too!! Highly recommend!

WOW. No negatives – food was delicious (had the house salad, filet, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts), seasonal cocktail was amazing, timing was impeccable (we had a specific time we needed to leave to pick up kids).
What was most impressive to me was the service. Hosts and servers were incredibly polite, honest (I checked in with the hosts a few times about our table), and everyone seemed very “all-hands-on-deck” and helpful
to each other.
When we left, each staff member we passed by acknowledged us and said goodbye. It was a very busy Friday night during the holidays and they handled it so gracefully.

From the time we walked in, to our greeting at the table, we were met with the upmost enthusiasm. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends. Hayley our bartender was more than we could’ve hoped for, full of conversation and Christmas cheer.!.!.!
