I had an amazing experience at Denny’s thanks to Bibi’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checked in often, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.

Now that my local Denny’s is closed, I make the extra few miles to this branch, which I hadn’t visited in over six months. Despite the time away, my server Monica came over to my table and, before I could say a word, she said, “Salmon, broccoli, and rice,” my favorite meal at Denny’s.
Many stores and eateries greet customers in a robotic, unemotional way that feels scripted and unimpressive. However, what I experienced today with Monica was genuine and heartfelt, which truly impressed me!
This may explain why this Denny’s is still thriving, boasting an impressive customer satisfaction rating reflected in the high customer turnover compared to other local Denny’s. While their food isn’t much different from other locations, their outstanding customer service is a real tribute to both the staff and management.

Both meals definitely kept me energized for the rest of the day. On each visit, the staff at this Denny’s—one of my favorites—were exceptionally friendly and polite. While the food was really great and the server Theresa was amazing. The lady Tabitha that sat us had the nastiest demeanor I have ever came in contact with in Dennis anywhere. We sat and watched Theresa help multiple tables while Tabitha just stood at the food window. A gentleman ever came from the back to help bus tables while Tabitha continued to just stand in the window.Then while checking out with Theresa, Tabitha decided to talk over everyone to announce she was going for break to smoke a cigarette. When I asked who was the manager that night, I was offered to find out it was in The people with the bad attitude and demeanor, Tabitha.

In our opinion this is the best Denny’s along the 192 corridor. Great service, plenty of parking, great lightning at night. Food tastes great and orders have been accurate. Putting all that aside, the staff here are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and makes us feel welcome and at home. Miss Monica is just one of many standout employees of this Dennys. We look forward to our next visit.

Bebe was an outstanding server at Denny’s. She was friendly, fast, and incredibly attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable. Our drinks stayed full, the food was perfect, and she checked in with us at all the right times. The manager also came by to make sure everything was great, which we really appreciated. Excellent service all around — we’ll definitely be back.
