Skimpy on the toppings and they didn’t bother spreading them out. Just dumped all the ingredients in the middle and called it good. Haven’t had Papa John’s in years and now I remember why.

Very disgusting.
I went to get pizzas. The guy who gave me the pizza had very long nails and even dirty in spots. I tried to kinda accept it because the kids were waiting home to eat, but I had tu turn around and gave them back the pizza. My mind couldn’t accept what I saw. Plus they make food with their hand no gloves and seeing his nails i don’t know if I will be ordering pizza from any Papa Johns. Here is a picture of the guy hand. You guys can see it differently but to me that’s terrible service.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. First time neither were completely cooked through. Called the store and the manager was super short, finally said he would get a new order sent out. Second order arrives and the breadsticks were completely doughy. I called back immediately, once again manager was super short. He stated he checked the order himself. I said I would rather them come back and get the order and get a refund. He said best he could do was give us a credit for the next time we order, then gave a ton of stipulations on when I could use it, said have a great day and hung up on me. Out my money cause I highly doubt I’ll use my credit.

If I could give them Zero stars I would our pizza came smashed we called the store and the manager KRISTY was so rude told me I would need to send pictures to an email even though her delivery driver saw and said something as well said that the bags are durable and boxes cannot be smashed! Refuse to give a hotline # said they didn’t have one and, gave me a bogus email that was not valid to even send the pictures. Will never order here again. Do yourself a favor Call a different store and please get more friendlier and better managers!

I’m not sure in what world these are considered “Boneless Buffalo Wings”, but obviously these went straight into the trash. On our first order they were out of bone-in wings, and there were a lot of other issues with it. We were supposed to receive complimentary bone-in wings as a replacement, but instead we received this abomination. Fake chicken with a splash of sauce randomly applied to a few of them.
Anyway, they consider this good enough to serve to customers so we’re just never going to order from Papa Johns again. Don’t put up with this garbage.
I could literally go to McDonald’s, order some nuggets, pour the McDonald’s Buffalo sauce on the Nuggets, and it would taste better than this.

Not sure what’s going on with this location but I have had two orders messed up. Wrong toppings, missing items… The first time I called they offered me a refund or credit towards my next order. I figured I’m going to order again so I just took the credit. They swindled me apparently you can’t use credit with any deals so everything is full price I paid double on my second order so my credit was just washed out and it still wasn’t good they could have mentioned that and I would have just requested a refund (get a refund if they mess up). I didn’t call and complain the second time I just won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Messed up my order twice and then hung up on after calling to say they messed up again. It’s so nice to pay for food you never receive and what I did receive was only half right. Manager needs to do alot better.

Spent $51.51 including $6.28 tip on pizza just to be disappointed and not receive items I was told was replaced with other items. I got home and found out the garlic sauce they was out of and was suppose to be replaced by ranch was no where to be found. So I wasn’t reimbursed nor did I receive my product paid for. Don’t ever order extra toppings because you won’t get it. I ordered a one topping epic stuff crust with bacon and paid for extra bacon. I had hardly any bacon on my pizza. My other pizza, which, was the same, but with two toppings and half jalapeño. That pizza had hardly any meat on it. So I paid extra for this and extra for that and did t receive any of it. Highly disappointed!! I will stick with buying frozen pizza.

I placed on online order. I paid online. It redirected me to DoorDash. Receipt shown. Michelle was supposed to deliver my order but 2 men showed up asking for cash. I called the store asking what was wrong and they said they couldn’t help me.
