LAZY!!! I have a big family (it’s 7 of us) and we always have a big order. I don’t know why yall think just because I ordered 3/4 fries that I don’t want them full! None of these fries were full and honestly I’m sick of yall taking my money!! AINT NO HAVE IT YOUR WAY AT THIS LOCATION!! And the manager is just RUDE!!! This specific location is having severe time management issues. I have gone 3 times now and the line and food prep is extremely slow. There is no fast food to this location at the time of this post. The food is fine, just the service needs some major improvement.

Absolutely ridiculous experience at this location. I waited in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes just to pay and receive my food. That completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Fast food should not take nearly an hour.
What made the situation even worse is that I tried calling the store multiple times afterward and no one answered the phone. If customers can’t even reach the store to address an issue, that says a lot about the level of customer service here.
I understand places get busy, but waiting 45+ minutes for fast food is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to look into what is going on at this location because this kind of service will drive customers away.

If I could give no.stars I would. I waited for over an hour for my food to be delivered only for it to be done, as I drove up to the place. The night manager.and her team had no explanation other than waiting on onions. When ny order didn’t even require it. All they were doing when I walked was talking and playing around not doing their jobs. The drive through wasn’t full nor was there anyone in the lobby. This was completely professional.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! On 1/11/26 around 12:45 PM I Waited for 20 minutes for simple two whopper with cheese combo meals. From other reviews on here it looks like the management and franchise owner do not care at all about how bad it is. After asking after 15 minutes, they said it was waiting for fries. However they had been giving fries to people in the Drive Thru’s order. When I finally got my food about 20 minutes from ordering, the burgers were ice cold. Other people were asking and got serious attitude from a lady working behind the counter. It just isn’t worth spending your money at this Burger King. Don’t waste your time or money. You will regret it. BEWARE!!!

Unacceptable service. I waited roughly 30 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars ahead of me, while other customers seemed to receive their orders before I did. There was no communication, no apology, and no explanation for the excessive wait. Cars behind me got there food faster. The experience left me feeling extremely frustrated and concerned about how customers are treated at this location. Management seriously needs to address these issues. I went inside to ask if it was because of my race if the location was being racist. I only ordered a kids meal and 3 cheeseburgers. How hard can that be. This location should have no drive through they need it to say park and wait like Sonic does.

The establishment was very clean. I was one of only a few people there, so it was fairly quiet. The food was likely made fresh as it did take longer than expected to get my food, but not too long. The only complaint I did that the fries were extremely overcooked. Every fry was hard and slightly burnt. The fries are the main reason I chose Burger King for my lunch vs a different restaurant, so I was quite disappointed, but not enough to ask them to remake them. The atmosphere was quite enough that I was able to read while I ate. The young man working the counter was pleasant enough. Not enthusiastic by any means, but not rude either.

I love burger king but this place needs to improve the chicken sandwich was cold. The service was not good. I asked for sweetener for my ice rear and ketchup, and I didnt get either. Do better.
