This place used to be very good. Now it’s gone down so bad. Horrible service, rude workers. Waited in line for about 30 minutes. Didn’t have a milk for a kids meal, and my kids meal and adults chicken strips were sad to look at. A large fries was half full, they didn’t give me all my drinks at first had to remind them what i had ordered. Ice cream cones were all melted when we got them. Two girls and one guy standing at the register all eating ice cream on their phones, could care less about customers. Will not eat here again, would suggest going to the DQ on Columbia and Grand Avenue better service and food.

We ordered two chicken strip baskets, one with fries and extra gravy and the other with cheese curds.
When we received our order, the cheese curds and extra gravy were missing, the toast had so much butter it couldn’t be toasted, it was soggy bread and the gravy that we did get was just cloudy water with specs of pepper, so I guess it’s a good thing we didnt receive the extra gravy.
When we asked for assistance in the matter we were met with attitude and excuses.
Lastly, the music they were playing is so inappropriate and loud. I hated my entire visit and management needs to take a hold of this place in the evenings.

This place lacks leadership and good management, doors are locked an hour+ before closing, had about 6 workers just standing in there all on there phones, the ice cream cones were melted and dripping when given at the drive threw window, had 12 cars in line, took forever each vehicle at least 15 minutes each, look at these ice creams what a shame!!! Who ever is running this Dairy Queen isn’t gonna be there for long hopefully Dairy Queen fires who ever is running it, THIS IS BAD BAD

If I could I’d leave NO STARS. Literally sat at the window for 20-25 waiting for our food. Girl was extremely rude taking the order. Asked her to give us a second at least twice, and she kept asking “is that all”. 5 people working and 4 of them just standing around. Doors were closed as of 8:15 pm! Order wasn’t complete and had to use the drive up window to bring it to their attention. (We had to WALK into the drive thru because the line was so long.) AFTER standing at the door for 5 minutes banging on it. Girls standing in drive thru window just kept giving dirty looks and then got on phones with, again, ONE person cooking and that person eventually bringing out the missing food items. Total time was about 45 minutes and I know there are cameras to confirm this. NEVER again will we go to this location.

I had a terrible experience with both product and service last weekend. I ordered a cake in advance for my moms/brothers birthday. I called in advance to ensure it was ready for pick-up, I was told yes. Upon arrival I was told there were issues with freezer and it needed to be remade and I would have to pick it up later. This was very inconvenient but ok, fine. I go pick it up later only and the cake almost slid off the tray as it was being handed to me, clearly still not frozen. I take the cake anyway because I wanted it for the birthday(s). I froze it for additional 3 hours before cutting it, only to find a mess. Since when is there no cookie or fudge layer in an ice cream cake. Please let me know if you’ve ever seen anything like the photo below. I was very disappointed so I called to speak to manager, who needed approval from her superior to make this right. I was never called back. I grew up in Las Vegas and never experience this kind of service/product from Dairy Queen on 7th street.

I don’t even know where to start. We came to Las Vegas to deliver an instacart order to a customer and decided before we head back to Santa Fe to get dinner in Las Vegas, the first Dairy Queen we went to was open but greeted us with “we are not serving food or ice cream” and then laughed at us as we walked out the door, so we went to this location on 7th. I ordered online thru my app at 8:37pm, the app said it would be ready at 8:48pm, when we got to the drive-thru window the young man opened the window, handed us 1 bag and closed the window never greeting us or saying a single word. We waited at the window at least 5min waiting for someone to come back to the window so we could ask where our shake, blizzard, coke, extra toast, and 2 extra gravies were that were all ordered and paid for. 1 young lady we heard ask another employee “What are these people still waiting on?” When the young man came back to the window he said “what do you need?” We let him know everything we were still missing and he rudely said “We don’t have gravy” which we were not told anything about in the 1st place and realized our orders only had 2 ranches. He close the window and came back with a very melted runny Shake , and two pieces of toast that were cold, still missing our blizzard, my Coke and nothing regarding the cost that we paid extra for the extra gravy that we never got. We then waited there even longer for someone to come back to the window and we let them know what we were still missing and got attitude from her as well and she yelled at one of the other workers to “hand out the damn blizzard” when the original kid handed us the blizzard it was not the correct blizzard that was ordered, when we told him this after waiting again for someone to come back to the window, when the female came to the window I asked her if it was with the choco brownie base instead of the oreo cookie base I had relaplaced the brownie base with she got the original male top come to the window, we told him and said “ok and?” that’s when I asked him what his problem was and it was bs that they are being so shitty!! Finally he came back to the window with my blizzard it was messy spilling over on the side and no lid or anything, the spoon was shoved in the blizzard (I thought they normally came wrapped in a sealed plastic and not in the blizzard already?). At this point we still hadn’t gotten the extra ranch or my soda. That’s when finally we saw who we thought was a manger and asked the kid to get the manager, he snapped at us and went and got who we believe was a manger or shift leader. We explained everything to him. Honestly, I have never seen such rude, disrespectful workers and I’ve worked a long time in fast food and customer service. The kid at the window needs either an attitude change ASAP or terminated. I would never allow someone like that working for my business. By time we got what we received and had handed back the shake since it was pretty much chocolate milk at that time our food was cold and never got my soda it was already after 9:20pm

I really wish they would work as a team. It just seems like complete confusion. Everyone is running around with nowhere to go. Food is always cold when it’s received. Orders are always wrong. Definitely need new management. The people are always nice they are not the problem. It just seems really chaotic.

Well ordered a meal asked for a coke to drink the girl says we aren’t doing that anymore just giving out water …got no Fry’s or drink paid over $10 …the meat is old you can clearly see that it’s black slapped together….and they had music up louder than the girl talked….I will be calling the heath department and anyone else I need to …To have this place closed down

I go to the drive-through usually and get a value meal or a couple burgers or chicken strip meal just different things. The food is always great, but the price is more than fair. One of the most important things to me is customer service. There are two young ladies that work, the drive-through regularly, Augustina and Kirsten. I asked her name because I wanted to compliment their service, their attitudes and their politeness. They’re very friendly give you food with a smile. Wish you a good day. Make sure there’s ketchup napkins, salt, pepper, mustard whatever you need in the bag sauce for your chicken strips gravy whatever it is you need they make sure it’s there. They’re very kind and they’re just in a great mood. I appreciate their service because you don’t see this Everywhere. I highly recommend Dairy Queen and it staff
