From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The staff—young, professional, and well‑trained—checked on us regularly without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs, even bringing items we hadn’t realized were missing from our table. Their attentiveness reflects strong leadership and a well‑managed establishment.
The restaurant itself is notably more refined than many traditional crab houses, which often resemble casual roadside shacks. It’s clear that significant thought and creativity went into the interior design, resulting in a clean, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing dining environment.
Given the level of care invested in both the service and the ambiance, I find it difficult to believe the validity of the more negative reviews circulating online. An establishment that maintains such a warm, comfortable, and well‑appointed setting is unlikely to deliver anything less than quality service.

Bigger than you think inside. Very spacious with booth seating as well as bar seating! Nice cozy vibe here! Nice music playing! Food was good! Ordered the Crablegs and Headless Shrimp combo. Spice style was Boom. A combination of the three seasonings. Also did the spice level of Fire. Wasn’t as super spicy like I thought. Was good though. Wife ordered Lobster Tail Combination with Shrimp. She enjoyed hers. We also had Fried Catfish and an order of wings. Both good. Wings could have been done a little more though. Sheyquon was our server. He did a good job of looking after us.

My two stars are for the waitress and server . This was the best ams onky good art of the night. I e been a patron for years before they revamped. I was there when it was just me and the workers in the building . Now, it’s revamped and there is a social atmosphere that would please pleasing to many that want to have some entertainment in the neighborhood. What cannot be replaced is the good food they used to have when they were empty and before then. Now, the chicken still had lots of hair on it, the seafood boil waa super salty . When o complained I was told they switched the lemon pepper in the boom sauce to lemon pepper salt. This is an extreme change. I was offered them to recook it but after she explained the sauce issue it wouldn’t have made sense. O asked for water and poured it over the shrimp and ate it then left taking the wings with me to finish cooking them in the air fryer. I just didn’t feel like a huge ordeal and it was a lot of people in there enjoying the line dancing. I did promise myself this was a last trip there. I guess I have to catch them when the money fizzles out again just to get the quality of food they once had. Like so many other things in the world today they have sold out the reason for the visit here just for money, the root of all evil. And , nobody cares about the food. And… another one bites the dust !

I’ve purchased from there 3 times. The first time my snow crabs were overcooked and stuck to the shell, the second time the seasoning was perfect. The 3rd time I asked for extra seasoning all I had was butter no seasoning. Bag full of liquid. And the snow crabs were bruised and some had black burnt spots. This place is hit or miss

The food was good. They didn’t have enough servers but Shatyra was awesome! She had a lot of tables to tend to, but we felt like she only had us. She answered every question, what she wasn’t sure of, she came back with answers. I had Maryland blue crabs and New Zealand mussels. They were both flavored very well. You get to choose from 4 seasonings and how spicy you want them. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Only negative things I can say was the lighting was too dim and the bar wasn’t open.

The restaurant was nice. We were the first there for lunch today. We were seated right away. The service was ok there was no one there. We ordered a shrimp basket, a fish basket and some hot wings and fries. Everything came out nice and hot. Not very flavorful though. No seafood seasoning and very light salt if any. I’ll go back and try the boil next time. I can’t recommend anything yet.

Please don’t go to crafty crabs. They are overcharging people due to the waitress mistake and then wanted to take the food back. This place is not good. The atmosphere is OK but the overcharging of the food is ridiculous. I got something that that cost 3199 and something that cost 3799 and something else that cost 3199 and it came up to $175 Which was ridiculous cause the waitress added an extra food in my order that I did not ask for I will never go here again and the The manager only wanted to take 20% off the order When I tell you, I am so disappointed with this place. It’s ridiculous all The manager wanted it was money

My family and went there to celebrate by Grandma’s 96th birthday because she wanted some fried oysters. I am not from the area and had never been there before. My grandma was happy with her food. I ordered steamed oysters with either old bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning, crab cakes and a few margaritas. The oysters tasted like dirt and smelled fishy. The crab cakes were mediocre and mostly had filling and not crab meat. My other family members had steamed seafood platters, wings and a few other items. The wings that we ordered were some of the best I’ve had in a while. Any everyone else seemed to enjoy their seafood platters.
The atmosphere was very casual and somewhat lively as they had karaoke which my family members participated in. My grandma enjoyed it immensely and even got up to dance. The drinks were reasonably priced. And the Karaoke host was very engaging with the crowd. I don’t know that I would necessarily go there for the food except the wings, drinks and music.

Me myself I don’t eat seafood but my friend do. She ordered some seafood boil that had a pound of headless shrimp, Dungeness crabs, and other seafood stuff. She said it was well seasoned and very good. I ordered the fried tilapia sweet potato fries and lemon pepper wings. The wings were seasoned well but the fried tilapia was kinda bland. Service was great. My friend really enjoyed herself.
