I normally don’t ever do food reviews but I have to for this place. When you go to the dells and are looking for real taste in Mexican cuisine this is the place to dine in for your cravings. The flavors are on point, the food is seasoned very well. Spice level depends on you, but I say nothing is better than some heat in your food. We order tons of dishes so we knew by the taste of everything the chef knows how to cook. And for trying it the first time I’m impressed. Being a Madison restaurant owner myself and a picky eater I can pin point what elements in a cuisine is lacking. Again 10/10.

Food was flavorful, but extremely greasy. We tried the Al Pastor quesadilla, just dripping in the oil so it became soft . The steak encebollado (onions) was flavorful. Also ordered The arrachera taco and carnitas. The Carnitas was ridiculously greasy. It was just in a pool of oil and grease. fortunately whatever I could eat was very yummy.
The kids like the complementary chips and salsa .
Pretty laid-back atmosphere, most of the tables were full when we arrived which seemed like a good sign . There seemed to be a mix of locals and people visiting the local attractions. if they could just cut back on the grease, it would much better.

Kimberly mexican restaurant was an unexpected anc welcome surprise. For its location it was u expectedly authentic. The parrillada was amazing. The chicken was juicy, pulled pork was flavorful and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. Their flan and tres leches are a must try! Another recommendation would be the tamarind jarritos which was nostalgic of a Tamarindo when I had visited mexico. The drink elevates the experience.
This restaurant was an unexpected find and turned out to be one of the highlight of my trips when I visited Wisconsin.

We ordered a 20 taco platter with hugh rice and bean bowls along with picture of Horchata and other drinks. Bill came out to 125. We were a party of 6. Steak Tacos were made well with flavor we just got the basic cilantro and onions. Beans and rice where ok. The family said the Horchata was tasty.

Delicious food at affordable prices. My family of four came here for lunch. Excellent service, the menu offers a variety of options for all. At the table we had steak almabre, chicken enchiladas, tostadas with carnitas, and a taco dinner. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. Very generous portions as well. We had plenty of leftovers and were all quite full. I will definitely return next time I’m in the area and craving Mexican food.

First impression with bits of trash all over the front of the property and parking lot wasn’t good. I can’t find good papaya anywhere in Wisconsin usually so I went to try their whole papaya and the papaya was bad inside with disgusting fungus making it completely inedible. I live 40 minutes away and don’t make it into the dells every day. I wanted to bring the whole uneaten refrigerated papaya to the owner for a refund 1 week after purchase but was denied. Almost $20 down the drain. Bad business

I was definitely taken by surprise at how good the tacos de asada were. We also had the burritos and quesadillas for kids. The Carne asada plate was for about 2 people.
The store next door is nicely stocked with goodies, and they even have an ice cream and aguas frescas spot!

I was on my way home and found myself hungry. Of the options on this exist, I am glad that I picked this one. Because they had Molcajete, I was obliged to order it. It was good, but not the best I have had. I felt it was missing the broth I am used to with the dish. My companion for some quesadillas that he enjoyed thoroughly. If I am in the area again, I would come back to patronise this establishment again.

I was hesitant to try Mexican food at the Dells but to my surprise it was delicious! We order there but it was a to go order. Waited a while so next time I would probably call in my order. My husband who is Mexican loved their gordiatas. He wanted to order more the next day! The staff was also very helpful with all my requests. Just a great place all around. Don’t doubt this place just because the store is connected. Those usually are the best authentic place.

Our favorite stop when we visit the Dells. Always fast service, delicious authentic Mexican cuisine and oh the Horchata. Reminds me of home (California). My daughter loves the Tostadas and swears they are the best food she’s ever eaten. Two thumbs up.
