It is warm , toasty, and comes with a small portion of olive oil for dipping. Yummy! 3/5
Lobster ravioli was okay. Not filling. Not overpowering. But definitely not worth the price.
Comes with Lobster, shrimp and crab. Only tasted the shrimp 2/5
Wonderful service.
Interesting interaction between staff.
Great to see staff recognize customers by name.
Will definitely return.
Note: they open at 5. But, was told that if you arrive when they open the food takes about 45 minutes. Good to know.
We had the best experience here great service (Thank you, Lena!), great food (I had the Ossobucco, she had Pasta Arrabiata with meatballs) which was to die for, all in a charming, cozy, and romantic atmosphere. If you’re serious about great Italian food, then this is the place to be. Thank you, Arrivederci Trattoria, for a wonderful experience!
After a long day showing properties to clients, I decided to visit this restaurant on a Friday evening around 5:30 PM. Surprisingly, the place was quite slow for a Friday night. While there were a few patrons at the bar, the dining area was completely empty. Upon entering, I was greeted by a rather rude hostess who suggested I sit at the bar. I expressed my preference for the dining area, and she begrudgingly found me the smallest table available, despite the spaciousness of the room. If it weren’t for the Groupon coupon, I would have likely walked out at that point.
Fortunately, my waitress was a stark contrast to the hostess. She was friendly and welcoming, which improved my mood. I ordered the veal dish priced at $30.
The Veal Experience
When the dish arrived, I was disappointed. The rice was undercooked, the vegetables were mediocre, and the capers were dried out. The veal itself was sliced very thin, lacking the substance I expected. The only redeeming quality was the sauce, which was flavorful. Overall, I felt that the dish was overpriced and did not meet my expectations.
Things took a turn when I presented my Groupon coupon to the waitress. The friendly demeanor she had shown earlier seemed to vanish, replaced by a less accommodating attitude. Despite this, I decided to leave a 20% tip based on the full price of the meal, which amounted to $34.20, rather than the reduced price after the Groupon.
In conclusion, I will not be returning to this Italian restaurant. There are simply too many other quality options available. Perhaps this is why the restaurant was so empty on a Friday night—customers can often sense when a place is not living up to its potential.
Sara is new but you would never know it. Her energy, expertise & service are outstanding.
Food is always amazing.
Wished they opened earlier in the day & had lasagna permanently

The lobster ravioli- huge chunks of lobster – everyone was raving.

After spending $35 for a delivery order I was not expecting this. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years and have never seen a to-go order look like this. I even looked up the reviews before hand and the food looked amazing from the photos. The dish wrapped with plastic wrap, but still spilled all over the inside of the bag. No napkins or utensils. You would think for a pasta place they would have better to-go containers. Super bummed this was my first meal ever in AZ.
It is an intimate restaurant and would be great for a date night. The specials today were lasagna and lobster ravioli and one more dish I can’t recall. I ordered the lasagna and my partner ordered the carne de cannoli (essentially lasagna but enchilada style). The sauces on both was a vodka cream sauce and it was delicious! My lasagna portion was massive — I could only eat about 1/4 of it.
This place would have received 5 stars if not for my salad. We both ordered the salad with mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette and most of my salad mix was too wilted for my taste.
Excellent service from our kind server.
Also super sad: I left my leftovers. I was looking forward to that lasagna for later — we will be back!
