Ordered for pick up at 7:30pm from Casa Grande, AZ IJWs. Arrived at 7:35 and checked in. Food was delivered to the two other vehicles that were there when I pulled in. 7:40 I checked in again and waited. I watched them bring orders up and set them on the pickup / to go shelf. Assumed they were not mine because I checked in twice. 7:50, checked in again and decided to head in to check on my order. 7:55 still waiting for someone to come out so I could ask. Finally a server comes out, asks my info, finds my order sitting, now cold, on the to go shelf and hands it to me while mumbling about no tip on the order. I put the 25% cash tip back in my pocket and leave. I always ALWAYS tip in cash. Now if I hadn’t been in a hurry I would have asked for to order to be redone since it was far from hot and fresh by the time they bothered to give it to me but I was bringing my wife lunch at her work site at 8pm. Needless to say it was late and we ate a rushed dinner together. This is the first and only time I’ve had any issues with IJWs Hopefully the last

Ordered boneless wings and fries with Cajun dry rub. I was expecting my wings to be tossed in the rub, but they just poured it over top of the wings and fries. The rub is more salty than spicy. The cinnamon apple hand pie was really good though. Just wish it had more filling. I’ll try again. Also, my excitement for curly fries died when I opened the box to find steak fries. Let your customers know if you’re out of something please.

Old review: Second time I’ve orders smoked wings and they give me fried wings. And they were cold. Fries were not crispy. I love the smoked wings. It’s a shame they can’t get the orders right
New review: tonight we ordered smoked bone in wings. SO good. WAY better and even the best we’ve ever had from them. Smoked and fell off the bone perfect toss in dry rub and sauce. 5 stars this time. Wish it was this way all the time.

If I could give this place negative stars I would have. 1)they messed up my order and gave me all boneless wings when I asked for half boneless and half traditional. 2) me and my fiancé both got food poisoning the next day from it not being cooked properly. The only upside is losing 5 lbs from being sick with food poisoning.would definitely not recommend.

What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They make you think you order delivery through their website. When in fact you’re actually ordering through doordash. I ordered wings, and I ordered dessert. The dessert I ordered turns out they didn’t have but they charge you anyway. Then they tell you that you have to contact door dash even though I made my order as a guess? So no way to get my money back!!!! They robbed me, and told me there’s nothing they can do. How can you advertise something you don’t even have? Then actually charge people for it!! What a scam! Shame shame!!

Ordered door dash. Ordered 16 wing combo. Got half Santa fe which says hot lol had hotter wings at dominoes. Also ordered garlic parmesan. Both tasted almost identical. Wings were under cooked where the skin is soggy like it was just boiled and sauce was put on. If you love sodium this is the place. Disgusting wings

And apparently they were closed for an AC issue.
I tried to get my Money back from the order, and kept getting the run around, was told I had to get a refund from Doordash, Doordash said no I had to get a refund through them. Spoke with a manager who was supposed to get back with me but never did.
Will never order from here again.

Ordered boneless wings for me, and they put the absolute least amount of sauce I’ve seen come on any wings ever it like like a line across the top of the wings, like 3 wings had sauce the rest were just plain but it was decent the 3 sauced ones so I give a 3 but I rate higher for taste
