The cafe appeared clean. However, their soft serve was not ready to be served and they still served it. The soft serve was melty and barely a solid. They could have asked if I was ok with it instead of just blindsiding me with it. If they asked, I would have excused it. Not everything is ready at all times. That is understandable. What isn’t understandable is not even mentioning it.

I used to eat at the food court all the time. The last time I was there probably three weeks ago was very dirty. The tables were dirty. There’s no onions for the hotdog now it really needs to be cleaned up. The food is priced right but the area is disgusting. Not a hard fix. I don’t know why they let it stay like that.

There is not much positive to share about Sam’s Club as a whole, but this one is horrid. By far, Sam’s Club is the most inefficient, nonsensical places you could ever hope to obtain gas from. They control the lanes and direction of travel so routinely like 8 pumps or more are completely unused since most gas tanks are on the driver’s side and not the passenger side. Now, since they don’t have enough control they demand you pay through scan and go for gas if you show your membership through the phone. I don’t know why Sam’s Club needs so much control over something so minor, but I do know I won’t be renewing my membership with them.

Arrived at 5:45pm, “sorry, not making any more pizzas today”. Cafe closes at 7pm. Every. Single. Time. Isn’t it weird how the pizza is gone and the ICEE machine breaks whenever someone wants to clock out at 6:53pm.
