Came to this location today. 3:00 pm on March 2nd 2026. Didn’t get cherries or lime in my limeade. (We were sitting on the deck- dinning). Manager on duty brought our drink out. I asked for my limes and cherries. She informed me that “he” said they were on the bottom & made me dump my drink into another cup. The limes and cherries were not there, naturally & I informed her that I didn’t appreciate being called a LIAR. She brought me some cherries and a lime and I asked the guys name which she informed me that she would not give me. That’s fine I told her, I’ll just leave an overall, general bad review. VERY CRAPPY CREW WORKING. I do not appreciate the way that was handled. At all. The manager was not rude, but the employee should have been handled accordingly!

SAT AT THE DRIVE THRU FOR 17 MINUTES! No one else was in the drive thru and the parking lot had 1 customer. 07/12/25 @ 6:30 PM. The young girl running the drive thru was EXTREMELY racist and EXTREMELY rude! She should absolutely loose her job! After I ordered TWO small milkshakes, she roller her eyes and… Didn’t make them! She started helping TWO others customers that came up AFTER us and might I add, neither were white, like me! I said something to her about my milkshakes and she FINALLY made them! Sloppy and half-assed! She did NOT put cherries on them, got a huge mess on the cups and handed us no napkins or straws. Had to ask for those too! WORST sonic visit I’ve EVER had! She slammed the window with a very bad attitude and said nothing! We got no apology, nothing! ALSO, SHE PURPOSELY DID NOT GIVE ME MY RECEIPT, SO THAT I WOULDN’T KNOW HER NAME! I hope and expect the manager will take action about this, but I’m not holding my breath. She was young, had 2 green bows in her afro puffs that were pulled up. I’m sure cameras can be pulled!

I have visited many Sonics. This has been my worst location, consistently. The ingredients on my burger on my last visit were old, my bin ripped and smashed. The fries were horrendous. They didn’t even feel like they were sitting in a warmer, they were very very cold. No one in the car could eat them. My carhop had the biggest attitude. He said the right words, but his tone and body language told me he thought I was a disgusting pig, or he really really hates his job. At least the food matched the service.

Food was as expected, no complaints. Our carhop was really polite and even made an extra trip back inside and brought out two of the wacky pack toys and asked if she could give them to my four year old twins for Halloween. It made for two very happy little girls 🙂

On my order l ordered a vanilla shake they rung it up a banana shake.I caught their mistake as soon as soon as they total. I called them right back and told them their mistake.They apologized said they would correct it.When we received order and left,they did nothing,my wife still got the banana shake,they lied about correcting it.shows the public sonic is not as good as it use to be

2 yrs later and absolutely nothing has changed. The signs are beat up badly & super close together. Ordered the chocolate trick r treat blast and what did I get? A m&m blast ♂️ .. I mean if I wanted a m&m blast I believe I would’ve ordered it. Y’all got to do better.
