The photo should tell all. Do they realize how RIDICULOUS this donut looks half naked. I jokingly said to the girl “What happened? Did they run out of chocolate?” She just said “Yeah, our bakery is a little bit….” and couldn’t even finish the sentence.

We really like Schuyler St. Dunkin. Everyone is always nice to us and takes very good care of us. It is one of our go to Dunkin locations and we are from Ilion. Ilion and Schuyler St., Utica is our two main locations.

I went to get a simple warmed crossiant with lite butter and I went to go use the napkins and they had a strong cigarette smell to them so the girl that is putting the napkins in the Bags must have smoked then came back in and started working behind the counter that is very disgusting and nasty and it completely turned my stomach I will also be calling corporate because no one was answering the phone so I could speak to a manager

Worse store I ever purchased from. Person saw me waiting, finally asked if I’m ordering… then I continued to wait 15 more mins. I decided to just use my app to order, as a walk in. That order took 25 mins to receive. Only good thing was my group had the intention to “dine in” since it was our day off.

Very nice, clean location. Can be a little hard to get in & out of here at busy times especially the morning. Great service from employee’s. Drinks are made to order & are usually correct. I say usually correct, as their drive thru mic sometimes has issues. Not only do you have problems hearing them on occasion, they can’t always hear correctly as I found out on my last visit thru there. Not only did they get the coffee & hot cocoa’s mixed up, but also ordered a dozen glazed donuts got home and opened them to find I had a box of assorted ones. Not too happy about this, but luckily we liked most of what was in there & the kids friends liked the rest.

Went through the drive thru for a strawberry coolata. It was so bitter and disgusting that neither my son nor I would drink it. We always get them and they never taste like that!!!

This girl is so rude! I told her to give us a minute to think about our order and she kept repeating “can I help you? X6” so I had to respond of my order because I wasn’t going to be rushed. I got there to pay and receive my food my mother put her hand out the window to give her the card and literally no effort she didn’t even try to reach to get the card she just says “I can’t reach” like huh? She didn’t even try to reach out while my mom had open the car door to give it to her. So rude and unprofessional. Please someone who’s an adult to be around these young people I can tell there’s no one older who supervises them!

I kept being harrased by a member of the crew to the point were I b had to leave and one time i ordered a coffee and a muffin reward on the app but my muffin was not a reward so i needed to cancel it and reorder and the staff refused to help me resolve the issue and I waited 30 minutes for my coffee
