I stopped in to buy my husband and I, Ham & Cheese melts, and let the manager know the new employee got the wrong order of potato cakes. He replaced them without any questions with nice hot potato cakes! The sandwiches were yummy and hit the spot! Their sweet tea is perfect I highly recommend this Arby’s!! They are very friendly and ready to serve with you with a smile!

The food is always good and the staff is usually nice and friendly. It’s a great choice especially when you’re tired of burgers and chicken, or you’re tired of the every day McDonald’s. They also normally get your order right which is definitely a plus for me. Great job guys!

Food & pricing is good. Usually service is good – but we had a server who happened to be a shift lead, working both counter & drive-through, and stated more than once during our visit that he was about ready to unalive himself. I have family who struggle with this kind of mental unrest, & let me tell you his comments could trigger someone. He had no business dealing directly with customers that night.

Employees were awesome and attentive. They made sure my oder was correct in every way, which is rare these days, and although I keep my orders pretty plain, I do occasionally like to add special requests and my biggest pet peve is that my food is served hot. I don’t know if the Employees remember me or if they are just that good but so far they have made me a happy customer every single time!!!

While I do usually order the same thing and always do mobile puckup, that in and of itself speaks to the consistency of this place. It’s always ready before the estimated time, always accurate, and the shake machine is extremely rarely down. I plan my day around getting lunch here if I can.

I just bought a hamburger with bacon, curly fries and a medium root beer. I bought my meal around 9:50pm. They close at 10:30. I was the only person in the drivethru. My hamburger was raw in the middle, completely pink raw in the middle and my curly fries were cold. That’s the first time I’ve ever gotten cold fries at a drive through. I’m extremely disappointed in this business. The night manager needs to make sure his crew does better. I paid $12.25 for a meal that I couldn’t eat. If I didn’t have another 2 hours to drive I would have turned around and driven back. Also the guy at the drive-thru never gave me the receipt and I didn’t request it because I never dreamed that I might need it to prove what happened on 10-20-24@around9:50pm

Edit-update: The general manager said they can’t give us a refund unless we drive all the way back to the store. We ordered two sandwiches that were missing bacon, fried onions, and tomatoes…that’s half the sandwich, and she want’s us to spend 30 minutes driving to get $20 back. Keep it, I just hope other people see this and stay away.
We were given the wrong sandwiches and no one will answer the phone.
