The food here is really good. It was our first time eating here as we were passing by on a long road trip but it was good. We typically eat pretty healthy and this was a nice healthy spot. The food was fresh. The environment was quiet. The staff was so friendly and able to help us choose what to get. We enjoyed eating here.

I am new to core life and gotten their food about 3 times now and every time it is very delicious and fresh. The workers there are very nice and friendly, the establishment is fairly clean from what can be seen. I have never had any issues with this location, has great healthy options. A bit on the pricier side but I don’t mind since the quality is better than most places like chipotle, moes, etc.

Great service at this location for our first time. The staff was well educated on the products and ingredients! We enjoyed our dinner inside the restaurant where there was plenty of foot traffic, mostly to-go and some dine-ins. A few tables needed to be wiped. We were in the neighborhood and stopped in for lunch! Manny took care of us and answered our questions that we had! He was very friendly and helpful!
I had the Kale Caesar Chicken Salad and my daughter had the Greek Chicken and Quinoa with sauces on the side. We did omit some toppings but we were allowed to substitute other toppings. Wow, the salads were very fresh and delicious!!!
For drinks, I had the Beet Lemonade. That was so refreshing! You could taste the beet and lemonade. My daughter mixed Berry Patch and Unsweet Green Tea. She really enjoyed it!
We look forward to coming back here again. The staff are always friendly and helpful! We also wish we could have CoreLife eatery in Winston-Salem!

This was the first time I visited this location. I passed it quite often and finally decided to stop in. I was not disappointed. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was great! The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very polite and helpful! I will be coming back for more healthy, delicious food.

Had a wonderful experience at CoreLife Eatery today. Ordered a Steak and Bleu salad. Was able to substitute for the bacon. The dressing was on the side. It was a delicious meal for my lunch! I highly recommend.
I think the staff of the Greensboro CoreLife Eatery are exceptional! They are the most professional, hard working, interactive group. The manager is super! I enjoy coming in to pick up my bowls from here.

My husband and I are order from here very often, as we manage a nearby business. They are wonderful. Occasional a missed ingredient but my bowls are very intricate so I forgive them. Bone broth here has healed me. Is it the kind that turns to jelly when it’s cold? No. However it’s very fatty and full of warmth and nutrients on there food days.

The “slop bowl for the healthy eating crowd” slop bowl restaurant. I made a “box” with tofu, slaw, roasted brussels, and sweet potatoes. The purple rice it comes with is cooked and seasoned well. The sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked, with a bit of crisp on the skin. Brussels sprouts equally tasty. My only disappointment was that I felt they skimped out on my tofu. I would love to come back and try some of the other things.
