We went to Schlotsky’s today in Grand Prairie and ordered three fiesta chicken sandwiches. The posted price in the drive through was $9.49 each for the medium sandwich. When we got up to the window to pay we were charged $9.99 per sandwich. I disputed the price and was told they just haven’t updated the drive through pricing yet. I informed them they would need to honor the posted price and the manager refused to do it offering a free cookie. Needless to say, we left without purchasing the sandwiches.

I visited this location on my lunch break. 1/20/2026 @ 1:15p , I had a special in my app that allowed me to get a free small sandwich with the purchase of something for $1. But for some reason the short haircut black woman at the register seemed to have an attitude and tried to transfer it to me because she wasn’t entering in the information correctly. When she saw that it was frustrating me she basically accused me of getting loud with her just because SHE was demonstrating that she didn’t know what she was doing. I politely told the lady that this is my regular voice and that I wasn’t raising my voice. However after the incident I retrieved my food and left. But once she handed me my receipt her whole attitude had changed and in my opinion just a bit unprofessional. But the Hispanic ladies in the back were very very polite. Greeting customers as they walk in and out. I normally don’t report my fellow African American womenbecause I’m also African American, and I understand how being a black mother can be a difficult task in itself….but in this case I decided to make an exception due to such a poor attitude at work.

$5 double cheese pizza def isn’t “double cheese.” First off there’s barely any marinara sauce on this pizza. The cheese taste like nothing and the crust must be gluten free or something. This literally taste like it’s a sponge. I get it’s only $5, but this is crazy. Through it in the trash after 2 bites and went elsewhere smh. Maybe they forgot the sauce and real cheese

Please do society and your business a favor…the young gentleman at the drive thru needs to be fired. He’s immediately rude without reason just taking my order. I hope there’s surveillance with audio because you can see how he treats customers. He’s even harassing ppl at the window, just from waiting at the window it shows how chaotic it is. He still got my order wrong. He clearly doesn’t care about his job. Not a speck of professionalism, my goodness this establishment is a business.

They forget croutons sometimes but they usually get it right every time. Never had a bad experience here besides the croutons missing from my cesar salad from time to time
One time, I got grainy lettuce, but I didn’t bother to complain bc I come here often, and they usually get my order correct with no issues.

Reading the reviews I am not at all surprised how bad they are after my experience on 9/21 @ 7:34 pm CT #224. Young lady taking order was not nice, no tea, was not told until after purchase was paid for. When I asked for a refund she demanded loudly ” go get your cup and give it back”. I replied no, you can get it. She retrieved cup and threw ice out of cup back into the drink machine from a distance having a fit. NO MANAGER ON DUTY, walked off and went to kitchen area. A young man came out and said sorry there is no manager on duty. Check out video if you work there. Young woman should not be employed there. Young man did nothing wrong.

It was my first time here and I guess it was pretty good. I wanted a sandwich but they didn’t have any turkey so that kinda went downhill from there. I got a flatbread which wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best. The tables were dirty which really sucked. Other than that is was a pretty cool place.

The staff I interacted with were kind, fast, and helpful. They spoke perfect English to me and then perfect Spanish to the person behind me. They were also helping a large order ahead of me while assisting a man who asked for more sauce.
Not an easy job and they did it well. Plus – the sandwiches are great.
