I LOVE love love firehouse. Hands down the best subs/sandwiches. It’s clean. Employee’s are friendly. Subs are always consistent & TOP TIER for my taste buds. I love them. I’ve never spent money here & regretted it! I eat in mostly but stopped & grabbed a pick up in a Uber home q few days ago. Timing was perfect & it was still just as good as eating in.

I ordered a large honey ham and cheese sub with lettuce, chopped pickles, extra mayo and extra mustard and they gave me only ham, cheese, and a little mayo. Plus part of the sub had no meat and cheese at all. It looked disgusting. Had to drive all the way back to get a replacement and got a half hearted sorry.

Ordered on DoorDash for two simple sandwiches, a hook and ladder and a French dip. When the order was delivered it was missing items. Both sandwiches looked like a 2yrold threw up on them, having the wrapping covered in some mystery looking slimy and gross substance. There was pickle juice soaking through the box for the French dip, which also didn’t come with any au jus. That defeats the purpose of having a French “Dip”, if it doesn’t come with any ,right? I’d think so… Anyways, when I called the restaurant they seemed not very reluctant to help, simply stating that I could “come pick it up”… really?!?! That is why I had it delivered, why would I just go pick it up if I had a delivery? I would have just gone there from the beginning. Not a good experience. Check the orders and ask ones self “Would I eat that” before sending it to people paying for food. Do better!

We ordered 2 subs the club on the sub and the firehouse something lol…thick with meat, just enough toppings and Mayo! Wow this was perfect for supper almost want to say it beats jersey mikes! Bread was crispy on the outside. Quick fast service and quality food! We will be back! The large is plenty! I had the medium! Great honey mustard!

I just placed an order through the app and it was delivered via Uber Eats. It was just delivered and it was missing the soda, chips, and cookie. I called the Oleander store and talked to the manager. I explained the situation and he told me he couldn’t refund anything and yo contact Uber Eats since they delivered it. I tried to explain to him that Uber Eats doesn’t have a phone number and the tracking I was provided with doesn’t have an option where I can contact Uber Eats support. He refused to help me and was completely unprofessional. I asked to speak to the GM and he refused to give me a phone number or take a message.
