Came by at night for a sweet treat and When I order my drinks,I always add extra toppings or ingredients because I’m allowed to personalize my coffee with obviously paying Extra(that’s a dead given at any establishment)I was told for the first time that I’m not allowed to add whip cream on top of my cold foam and “HAD TO CHOOSE ONE”I could hear a lady over the speaker telling the gentleman taking my order.I told him that I always pay extra for my add-ons and they use a dome lid to accommodate my request.I believe I heard her telling him”JUST DO IT”.Im never the person to complain but I don’t like rudeness and laziness.Im a paying customer not a panhandler asking for free things.I hope that lady isn’t a manager because she needs to step down a take training course.Next time she can back talk herself personally and not behind the speaker.

This Dunkin Donuts is not… PERFECT. I do not recommend. Here’s why. Reference my photo after I purchased a 32oz drink.
I ordered a beverage w/no ice. DD employee then hands me a partially filled cup. She tells me there is a Dunkin Donuts policy, “partial servings of beverages when customers do not get ice in their drinks.”
DD employee also told me Dunkin Donuts has to charge me extra money if I want my beverage filled to the top.
Q. Does Dunkin Donuts charge people twice the amount for coffee? After all, coffee does not have any ice.

I always have a great experience here. I’ll get my occasional morning coffee treat a couple times a week from here; same thing every time, mocha latte with almond milk and it’s always perfect. The staff is always so nice and the drive thru is usually pretty quick.

Been coming here for years & getting the same thing but lately my medium coffee has been less than 3/4 full. Today it tasted and looked like just milk and some syrup there is no way there was actually coffee in my drink. Very disappointed lately. Had to switch to other coffee shops along with my friends.

Felt like we were a bother to them when we were finally seen. Coffee was gross. Wife’s food wasn’t put together. It was like they just threw it in the little bag and then when they threw it on the counter at us, I was out. Chucked the coffee before getting out the door. Don’t waste your time and save your money. Plenty of other places to pay 20 bucks for two drinks and 2 food items.

Went through the drive thru- line was a little long, and wait per car seemed about 3-5 minutes. (4 cars in front of me, 2 behind me).
Greeted through the order, the lady read back my order which was great! When I got to the window, another genuine lady greeted for payment-
Not a huge deal, but it seemed peeking through the window there was ample team members hanging about. Overall, wasn’t a terrible experience, just a slightly longer wait time in line than used to.
