I ordered Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta. The veggies tasted like they were all cooked individually then thrown into the pasta to warm. The broccoli didn’t have any flavor of anything else and broccoli absorbs everything (I did cut the peppers). Almost all of my zucchini was stacked together in one spot. Drinks are $5 for 80% ice and slow refills. Restrooms were very messy. Overflowing waste baskets. No paper towels. Used toilet paper on a seat. For the price and location I expect that bathroom to be immaculate.

Wonderful dining experience. Not my first time to this franchise. But to this location yes. The food was awesome. The person who helped us was extremely helpful. Always greeting us with a smile. Highly recommended. Ps the portion size are quite large so plan to share and eat or would have lot of leftovers. Can save for another meal

1st time to go to The Cheesecake Factory and it was a total disappointment The bathrooms had not been attended to in a while. The food was ok at best. Our server paid very little attention to us. Overall it just wasn’t a great experience.

Upon being seated, we were promptly provided with menus. The restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, offering suggestions for appetizers. We opted for the crab cake bites, which were delectable. We made healthy lunch selections, appreciating the availability of lighter fare for those seeking a more balanced diet. The service provided by our server was excellent and attentive throughout the meal. We concluded our dining experience with great satisfaction. While we did not indulge in their renowned pie selection on this occasion, we look forward to doing so in the future.

Went for my birthday and had a great experience! My server, Dakota, was friendly and made the night feel special. I had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta—so flavorful and filling—and of course finished with the Strawberry Cheesecake, which was absolutely perfect. Definitely a memorable meal

Cheesecake Factory highland village is my new favorite spot in town. The waitress was very attentive! The food came out quick. We ordered Calamari, crispy chicken and sesame ginger chicken. We love to try new dishes and very impressed what we had was very delicious. We love the variety they have and the service was great! We don’t have to wait the drink and everything came out in timely manner. I would like to say special thanks to our waitress, Aileen! Thank you for the great service today, our family really had the best dining experience.
