Seriously. That’s what I get for $15? Raw cheese sticks that I had to go back for because you originally gave me regular sticks and then these puny boneless wings? Not to mention the staff ignores you and the cook has his whole butt out while boxing food. Could see all of his underwear and butt whenever he turned around. Not good when I have my young kids there with me and can see it too. Just disgusting.

I ordered the pizza box; it arrived in a pretty good time. However, the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were not cut, so I called back. I was sent to a call center and had to request to be sent to the store, where I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes. Then, someone answered with a dry attitude. I gave him the ticket information, and he just placed me back on hold without notice. He then came back, and I explained to him that neither the pizza bread nor the cinnamon sticks were cut. He then replied, “Well, if we’re in a rush, we don’t cut them.” I then said, “What’s the point in ordering cheese sticks if you’re just going to send me a square bread of cheese because you didn’t feel like cutting it?” He then got an attitude. I asked how this could be solved. He dryly replied, “I can send you another one, but it’ll take an hour.” I then replied, “What else can be done because an hour is a bit ridiculous?” He said, “I can give you a $15 credit,” asked for my number, and then hung up on me. Totally unacceptable and rude! I don’t think I’ll be supporting this business any longer if this is how you all handle business!

I made an order for pick up today and Meghan was very kind, patient and helpful while I was deciding what to order. When I came into the restaurant, it was nice and clean with a positive atmosphere. The gentleman who helped me check out was also very kind. Lastly my pizza was so delicious 10/10 I will be back!

Our delivery was over 30 minutes late, cold, and gave my boyfriend and I food poisoning. Should have known better because the sausage looked undercooked but we were starving by the time it got here. Unfortunate because this location was doing really well for a while.

Well for starters the delivery guy went to the wrong address. He called saying outside at around 9:14. I ordered the pizza at about 8:20. He delivered the pizza at 9:40. The mix up put my pizza in the “Danger Zone”. I had to reheat it. I didn’t ask for thin crust but received it that way. Put real garlic in the GARLIC Butter! I was more so upset bc I aim to have my baby in bed at 9:30 and if he had went to the correct address, things would’ve went smoother.

Ordered food tonight which was simple just cinnamon sticks a pizza and a 2 liter starry. Not only did I not receive my drink but my cinnamon sticks are burnt and can’t be eaten. The bad thing is I called twenty times for a replacement order or refund but they aren’t picking up their phones I got someone to answer and then they hung up on me after claiming they were going to help me get in touch with the right people. This is unacceptable I spent $30 on food I didn’t receive/can’t eat. If my treatment is because I did a cash tip instead of online that’s really disrespectful of the business.

Customer service is non existent here. I went to order my kids and their friends pizzas. I understand there is a 4 pizza limit per order but I had others there to order the pizzas for everyone. The man taking my order kept walking off like he had attitude. I had to ask someone else for my receipt just to confirm what I had ordered. This location is close by my home but I’d rather driver to another location for future purchases

It seems like this restaurant actively does the viral video hack of “eating a slice of customers pizza”

I’ve ordered from here twice, and both times it seems like a small wedge of pizza was missing.

Also, this is bad information – and I hate to say it cause I don’t mind tipping anyone, but if you want contactless delivery, DON’T leave a tip. We were forced to sign/make contact with the driver and he said that was the reason.

Which is totally unfair to the driver, but this is the world we are living in now.
