Amazing halal Korean fried chicken spot in Culver—totally recommend to anyone visiting LA and looking for a great meal. Chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried!! The owners, Asym and his wife, are incredibly kind and welcoming, and I loved hearing the story behind how their business came together. We passed Blossom’s window and stopped to look at the menu when the owner offered us free samples. They talked to us about their philosophy around food healthiness and cleanliness, and it became clear that they are unrivaled in their passion and dedication to serving high-quality food. We came back later that night to try a full meal (sweet and spicy bowl with kimchee) and loved how lightly crisp the bites were and the high ratio of chicken relative to breading. In all honesty, I can’t imagine eating fried chicken anywhere else after going here. They’ve totally earned repeat customers in us!
I’ll also note that most of their ingredients are imported from Korea and their kimchee is just incredible.

One of the best places in LA to get authentic Korean fried chicken. We ordered the sweet and spicy, honey, and original chicken, and everything was delicious. Even the rice was incredibly flavorful that you could honestly eat it on its own. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to try great Korean food in LA

This is my new favorite spot! Amazing halal food and environment. My mom and I came here right when they opened, and the owners were so incredibly kind and generous! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, and it was amazing to meet so many Muslim locals at this place! Truly wonderful experience at this restaurant and we also got two free Burmese milk teas with the special deal they had (I would 100% recommend you try this – it was hands down the best tea I’ve ever had). The service was also very quick. I would absolutely come back again and recommend that everyone tries this place, regardless of if you eat halal or not!

We ordered delivery and got fried chicken in honey butter and soy garlic, and a peach milkis for iftar. They also gave us free dates which we loved 🙂

Yes, the food is absolutely great, both chicken varieties and beef. What is even greater than the food is the chef/owner, who is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They are open 3 days a week, and I hope they will be open 7 days and in many other locations. It was a great experience, and looking forward to coming here soon.
