This was the worst chicken our family has ever eaten. It’s soggy and the farther you get down the bucket the worse the grease was. We ate it only because we were hungry and it would be a waste of time to try and get it replaced.

This was one of these KFC experiences I have had! The food was delicious and the staff were very kind and respectful. The best part was they actually put plenty of honey in the bag without me even asking. I had given up hope of getting honey ever again, every time I would ask for it it would never be in there. lol. Highly recommend this location!

I love KFC, and I hate to give a bad rating. I guess the employees cannot do anything about the tiny chicken in this store. The breasts were large in my 16-piece order, but the thighs, legs, and wings were just so tiny. For 16 pieces of chicken this is ridiculous. I got very hard french fries, they were the last in the vat/ container, and they probably should have been thrown away. A few of the employees were friendly. I have had bad experiences at the Pineville store. And I will not be going back to the Alexandria store. So I’m done with KFC in this area. If this is the food that KFC has decided to stick with then I will just go to the local Walmart or any supermarket deli and get better chicken than this! I got this for a family dinner, I had to pick up an additional eight piece from a supermarket to feed my six family members. We are all light eaters. Attaching a photo with three of the pieces of chicken. Most of the chicken was small. And for the price completely ridiculous! $38 down the drain.

I went into the drive-thru to order 12 piece chicken. The lady was ready to take my money and then Another guy said there are at least 16 minutes for chicken to come up. Seriously. Sit at least 16 minutes to sit in a drive-thru. Are you serious? It’s a fast food restaurant. There were no cars in front of me and there were no cars in the driveway The whole time I was shopping in that shopping center. So where is all the chicken? How do you manage a restaurant when you can’t have ready the one thing that you sell! Absolutely unacceptable.. DEIi at its finest

So we decided we wanted wanted fried Chicken and we thought we would give KFC another try. You must admit no one has that flavor profile like KFC. If you get the original recipe, it might not be the crispiest version of chicken, but we really wanted that taste that we remembered from back in the day.. when I pulled up to the window and placed my order, the female through the speaker had the most pleasant voice I think I’ve ever heard. Furthermore, it was so poly, courteous and nice. I was actually surprised when I pulled up to pay and pick up the chicken, the same female, (I wish I knew her name), greeted me and while we made the exchange of food and money, I was completely impressed about how professional and courteous and nice she was. Of course you expect professionalism and courteous service at all places. However, there was an extra something that she put into her communication that was over the top. I actually will never forget that experience. As far as the food, it was absolutely great. It was literally steaming with that just made quality. The sides were very good as well. Nothing great but very good and more than adequate after all. It’s just mashed potatoes, corn and macaroni and cheese right ? The gravy was so good that I will try to duplicate that for my home cooking. It was so good. It actually had that addictive quality to it where you want to go back and eat it again. I don’t know what all the complaints were about greasy but in my case it was not at all! Thanks to the workers who did a phenomenal job, especially for the improvements that were made!

The smell in this place is nauseous!!! I feel so bad for the employees!!!! They are clearly embarrassed!! And they have to work in that environment. We could barely eat due to the odor. The manager said it was from the sewage system. I pray, for the sake of the employees, that they get this cleared up. All the employees were just so nice and friendly but ashamed of their workplace.
KFC, you should be ashamed to force these hard-working people to work in this environment.

Worker was rude as hell, sounded like they didn’t want to make our food. And as it turned out, the chicken was so soggy, greasy and nasty. Hardly edible. Waste of nearly $60.
