This Starbucks location is definitely my favorite of all I have been to in the greater Sacramento area. All of the Baristas are so friendly and kind, and they make me feel like they truly care about the quality of my order. If something isn’t right, they always offer to fix it with ease. I also find that unfortunately, most of my coffee drinks from Starbucks have a tendency to taste bitter or burnt. With this location, that is rarely the case.

Update: Tried again after 2 years. Same exact thing happened. Thes people dont know how what “Verry very little cream” means. They serve you a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Disgusting.
Original review: I don’t usually have a problem with Starbucks but this particular location is a joke.
I ordered iced coffee with one (0.5oz) creamer and the hand me a cup that is about 90% creamer.
I park, walk in, ask again for a iced coffee with very little (0.5oz) creamer and 2 minutes later they give me a cup that’s about 99% creamer. I ended up pitching the thing in the trash because I had already wasted 20 minutes trying to get a cup of coffee and was late for work.
I’ve ALSO been served raw bacon at this location. When I called to report the raw bacon to the store some snarky 13 year old boy with a lisp had the nerve to tell me it was impossible because their bacon comes pre-cooked and they just heat it up. Like I don’t know what raw bacon looks like?!

Today, for the first time, I walked in. They have a new policy if you sitting inside, you have to buy a coffee before you sit.
Very annoying. I’m usually here studying for hours. I don’t need a coffee when I first sit down.

I ordered A white chocolate Frappuccino easy on the ice and no whip whipped cream. Every day I come it’s a different price. But today was very unusual. They made the wrong consistency of it and it was a cream white chocolate and she just added something to it and wanted me to except it. Instead of remaking it. What’s up?
