Ordered inside asked for carry out option. Im pregnant with two children in the car. Manager says no they dont offer carry out due to safety reasons. It literally allows carryout option online. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What is a pregnant women asking for carryout service from a resturant that offers it, going to do to an employee.. Use Common Sense. 0.1 star extremely poor customer service called ahead of time I live 27 minutes away and they said they would honor the coupon over the phone I ordered the pizza. Came to pick it up and they told me at the cash register the coupon was no good at their franchise. Nor was any additional discounts offered due to the mess up on their behalf, and it’s Super Bowl day switch and bait is not cool.

They left toppings off my pizza and then claimed they forgot when I called back and offered no resolution other than “Oh I forgot.” Then when I asked for a refund they left me on hold for 10 minutes and had to drive the food back. If you still want to get food from there check it before you leave because they are incompetent and you have to do their job for them. And yes if management want to speak to I would love to tell you about your employee LESLIE who took the call.
